Very disappointed with our visit to this IHOP. First they took a while to seat us, the staff would just stare at us while we were just standing there. We got our table and our server she was unpleasant, offering us a value menu (I didn’t hear her offer it to other customers) She will bring our drinks at different times instead of all together, my son’s chocolate milk was forgotten, and I had to remind her, also she brought my husband and my daughter order first, 10 mn later was my son, then like 5 minutes was ine, and he had forgotten my other son meal. It was a mess. Then what just made the cherry on the top visit was that we found a hair in my daughter food, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of cleanliness and poor service ruined our experience. I would not recommend this location.

I had planned to celebrate my friend’s birthday at this place around 11 pm. When we arrived, we found the place empty and waited for over 20 minutes without anyone coming to serve us. Now I understand why this place only has 3 stars; with the staff they have, it doesn’t deserve even one.

We love coming in for our late night breakfasts. Pancakes are always on points and the jalapeño omelette never disappoints.’service has never been bad here but the table can get a little sticky from time to time.

Came here during the wee hours, around 5 am in the morning. We are usually in bed during this time. Since we send someone to the airport, we decided to visit a 24 hours establishment. We didn’t know, the prices between 11 pm to 6 am is a little expensive. I can understand the cost of keeping the team members on a grave yard shift. The menu selection is also limited during this early hours.
Our food was cooked fresh and coffee was freshly brewed. We enjoyed our quick bit and return quickly back home to catch our Zzzz.

This is the first IHOP I’ve been to in a long time that was impressively clean, and it immediately stood out. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the entire experience even better. Breakfast was enjoyable and relaxed, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Because of how clean and well-run this location is, it will definitely be my go-to IHOP moving forward.

I didn’t really order anything I’m so homeless guy and I sit in their out of the weather to charge my phone. They’re all right but they charged me 9.00 for 2 cups of coffee.

Be careful! They will try to upcharge you and then dismiss complaints with “can’t do anything about it, talked with the manager” (a blatant lie). We ordered 2 meals under the 6$ deals section, I realized at the end that they charged full price for one of them by sneaking in the default price. I contacted IHop and still nothing. Be wary.

I worked at ihop for over a decade. You don’t get tipped if you don’t follow the captioned “Steps of service” per IHOPs training guides.

We had a meeting there this morning. My husband and I have eaten many times at ihop near us, so I was expecting food like we get there. This was really disappointing. I got the Colorado omelet with pancakes. The pancakes were dried out tough and cold, not like the light fluffy ones we normally get. My omelet had a lot of fillings but was very dry. I had asked for a side of gravy, and it was nasty, it was separated and watery. If not for the fact we were having a meeting and needed to get done I would have sent the whole thing back.

The food was good. Eh. Didn’t offer english muffin as a bread option, fortunately happened to overhear another server. The service was terrible. I had to get her to come take my order. Never checked back. I had to wait for my to go order and had to ask another person to get it for me along with a to go box for my poached eggs. He brought a clamshell so they leaked all in my bag. Then I had to wait for the check, had credit card in hand, she just walked away without taking it. So I went to the front and waited until I was told my server would handle it. All this, while she knew I was running late for work, and was standing the entire time. Still left a good tip. I would have scored lower, but could tell they were understaffed. She just could have anticipated or communicated better and my service and score would have been higher. Screaming and over the top toddler next to me, parent just said shhh one time. Not the fault of the restaurant, but just another negative aspect of my overall dining experience.
