Spent $45 and Food was ice cold. Chicken wings were like they came out of the fridge & soggy. Fries had a mystery sauce on them, was not pictured or in the description. Never received the churros that were in the “Birria happy meal”. Tacos had good flavor but shells were so hard I had to remove the outer layer. Tacos were slightly warm so I knew those were fresh. Wings and fries were so cold I didn’t even want to eat them. Restaurant was 13 min away and in a tin pan, wings and fries don’t get freezing cold that fast nor would they just sitting there. They gave me refrigerated wings!!!
Also no utensils in the bag. I’m at a hotel with No microwave so couldn’t even warm up my food. Had to eat cake with fingers. If I would have known this I would have ordered JUST the Birria tacos and saved myself the money. Couldn’t even enjoy my food.

I ordered food from here on DoorDash then decided to read the reviews just in case. Don’t make my mistake and read the reviews after ordering. Like most bad reviews were saying, online orders will 100% be missing at least one item. Also, the mangonadas frozen. Not slushy and edible—rock solid. If you order their frozen drinks, expect to enjoy them the next day. Portions are also small, and compared to other Latin places in the area, the food was average at best. And the cherry on top, after ordering food to help my girl distress after a long day, she found this in her first bite ——>

This place has consistently great quesobirria tacos and desserts as I’ve ordered a few times over several years. I recently decided to try some new items today and their chicken wings (Lemon pepper & Garlic parm) are surprisingly tasty as well. Keep in mind they are a breaded wing which I 9/10 do not enjoy, but these are very delish! They are really crispy, flavorful and light like a good crunchy fried chicken should be. Highly recommend the wings and their fresh squeezed lemonade which came with 2 whole lemons! The mango strawberry lemonade flavor was awesome and it sounds like their watermelon lemonade is popular too which I’ll def have to try next.

I recently ordered takeout and was really looking forward to trying the fresas encremadas. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed.There were no strawberries, and it did not look anything like the picture online. What I received instead was mostly milk, some type of bread and whipped cream.
Additionally, I requested pico de gallo, but what I received was just plain tomato pieces. I was also surprised to see that there wasn’t an option to add guacamole to the burrito.
On a positive note, I loved the wrapping of the burrito, and the tostones were good.

the food was SOOOOO GOOD. i got the carne asada loaded fries with plantains and my friend got the birria version. both options were delicious. the wait time was a little long but it was well worth it in my opinion. eat some chamoy and tajin mango while u wait!!

After a long day of travel the only thing that came to mind was a delicious burrito. We came here right after a flight to satisfy our craving, it took a whole hour for a takeout order of two steak burritos.
A few bites into the burritos and we couldn’t understand why it took so long. The burritos had only four ingredients… rice, beans, cheese and steak.
Based on other reviews it’s best to order ahead as phone or delivery orders are prioritized over inperson takeout.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for burritos.

Ordered from La Mesa Market last night and the food was absolutely delicious. So flavorful, generous portion size. Unfortunately had to give only 4 stars because my fiancé and I did get horrific food poisoning. Worth it though.

If I could leave a zero review, I would. This was my first time coming here, stopped by after work to bring something to eat. I specifically asked for no cheese on my burrito as I am lactose intolerant. I also said no beans. I went in to pick up my food, I realized it didn’t say no cheese as my other order( tacos) had no onions on it which was on the receipt. Y’all why I got my food, and there were beans AND loads of cheese. I called them to complain and she going to tell me to come in and get my money back… with the food. for what? I told her I have pictures I can send to her via email as I am 40 mins away from the store. She says okay then hangs up. I tried calling back and I’ve been blocked.
