This experience was so disappointing our daughter – who loves IHOP tremendously – was in tears because it took that long to get our food and then she heard the waitress telling people coming in they had to leave because they were closing (for an hour even though then leaving the hand written sign on the door gave a time much longer) and she thought that meant she wasn’t going to get to eat. The same waitress then proceeded to tell the booth behind us the cook was new and it was his first night and she just got there and “didn’t know it would be this bad”. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional in my opinion. The food came out in stages and my daughter’s was last in two separate trips. I will say the food was at least decent although definitely not at all the usual quality nor did it seem like quantity.

Get your act together IHOP. Two days in a row I tried to eat here and two days in a row I’ve given up because they don’t have enough staff. The ones that are here are doing their best, but when you have a restaurant full of people and only 2 servers, you’re going to have a bad time.

When I entered around 1:15 PM, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone showed up to seat me, and she was on her cellphone before she showed up (I could see her walking around), and she stayed on the phone while she seated me and asked me if I wanted coffee or juice. And she stayed on her phone for at least 5 minutes longer after that.

Our waitress was really sweet and accommodating but the facility was dirty. We had to ask for the table we were about to be seated at to be wiped down and there was food all over the floor so we moved completely but to a booth with ripped seats. There were flies everywhere, food was decent, staff was nice, silverware was dirty. Bathroom was gross, dining room was dirty and floors needed be swept, menus were sticky. Needs a lot of work on the cleaning side of things.

Horrible experience, never coming back. I came here with a friend and we sat there for about an hour and nobody came to take our order. We tried grabbing their attention but they ignored us the whole time. So we ended up leaving. I do not recommend this place.

I have never felt more discriminated against because of the size of my family. We were a total of 7 and were told they were not serving parties of more then 5 people. It was embarrassing for me and my children to have to walk out because we were refused service due to them only having one cook and not being able to handle a bigger party. What I’m wondering is what is the case if two separate parties of 5 were to walk in, what would be the difference then?

Had to ask if this was a seat yourself scenario as three employees engaged in a long shift change. My waitress was nice enough and accommodated my being in a hurry efficiently. The food was barely over room temp when I got it, but being in a rush, I made no fuss. This location gets another chance.
