Its an older restaurant, but always very clean. The food is great. Coffee is perfect. And we’ve always had excellent service. We don’t go often, because we don’t live in the area,we live about an hr away in NC. But it’s a treat when we do stop in.

I hadn’t been to IHOP in years, but since it was right down the street from my appointment I figured why not give it a shot. The place was packed when I got there around 10:25 AM so I figured that had to be a good sign.
Our waiter was awesome super attentive and on top of everything. I never had to ask for a refill or check in on our order which was a nice change. The food hit the spot everything came out hot and tasted great.
That said the cleanliness was a letdown. Our table and seats were sticky and the bathroom was honestly gross. Definitely took away from the experience a bit.
Still the vibes were good the food was solid and the service was great. Just hoping they tighten up on the cleaning next time.

Spent $75 using Uber and my pancake was burnt and hard. Of course the side that wasn’t burnt was facing up but I noticed the pancake was smaller and flatter than the others. The first bite was unpleasant. Luckily the omelette was good. People spend too much money not to get decent food.

My favorite breakfast place. The food is always hot and delicious. The waitress is our favorite part. Ms. Rachel is fast, friendly and provides the best customer service. My dad and I have been coming to the Battlefield location for years too enjoy breakfast and the utmost service from Rachel.

Servers JJ is friendly as can be. The problem is you can’t find the servers. Here is 3pictures taken at seperate times. They love to talk and stand around. They will seat you all together so they keep the back area for them to sit down and talk. In a time when everyone is screaming for tips. No management presence at this ihop.

I lost all hope for this place until today! I decided to give it a chance! And im so happy I did. The door was opend for me with a crew member gentleman singing to the Christmas song that was on with a smile on his face sat us down and then here comes Mrs. Bubbles! Yes that is her name. She was perfect in every way! I will be requesting her as a server every time! The food was delicious I usually am disappointed but today it all tasted fresh and delicious I finished it all! My food came out in a timely manner and hot! I am thrilled this I hop got new management and team members! AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN! It hasn’t been this way In a long time. Very happy! Thank you for making the change! See you soon bubbles!

Placed an on-line order. After completing the order, the app told me to pick up at 11am. Got here at that time and still waiting. Here it’s 12:08pm, and still waiting. The staff act careless. No since of urgency on pick orders. Multiple people came back in because of messed up orders. One person came in twice because they messed up, Twice! And im still waiting!
