Manager check the schedule for the two who were working at 7am 7/21/23 The chef made the best steak. You could literally cut it with a spoon. The waitress Teresa W. was wonderful she needs a raise for running morning rush alone!

Food was decent. But the waitress seems to be unable to do more than one thing at a time. So slow service, clients were waiting for drinks and food more than 40 minutes. If you are hungry and want to eat right now, better go to love’s and get you a Subway or a Pizza at Godfathers…

Sad to say it has gotten worse since opening. I ordered simply blueberry pancakes and coffee and both were appalling. Instead of resembling the photo on the menu I was served 2 child sized gummy pancakes on a saucer no less…and it was not even big enough to cover the tiny dish..barely edible and then they had the nerve to charge the full menu price . The little pot of coffee was barely warm and so weak a newspaper could have easily have been read at the bottom of the cup. The waitress was not properly responsive and acted surprised at the complaints and later offended when I told her to get the manager to adjust the pricing. Might just be my last trip there. Pathetic.

This place is a shell of what it used to be. Stood for 5 minutes waiting to be greeted/seated. After getting addressed am told that orders are to go only…an hour before they close. Way to treat a trucker guys. So I promptly left and went to McDonald’s.

I would not give this place a star! Need to get rid of the staff and pay better people to run restaurant. Hostess sat us at a dirty table and left to go talk to anybody who was walking around the truck stop. Noticed a lot tables not clean from customers before either. We sat at the table for hour and half with waitress telling us our food would be out soon. Meanwhile other black customers were all getting their food that came in 30 minutes or more after we had placed our food order. And it wasn’t just us. A white gentlemen who was there before us was waiting on his food also. We never got our food and left because we drive truck and don’t have hours to wait on a burger and fries!!Definitely look for any other place to stop besides here !!

Not the best of anything here, Waited to be seated that toook some time! Ordering food went smooth but to get it to the table was an issue! Cook couldn’t get any of the Orders right, While the heat lamp area was full of plates nothing was being sent ro the tables! I also noticed waitress picking the food up with bare hands and placing it on to other plates to make the order right! Nope never coming here again! Oh and the waitress tried giving me someone else’s credit card!

My kids & I came to this location after a long road trip. Everything was great except when I had mushrooms in my omelet. I never asked for that ..I’m allergic to mushrooms so when I found this in the dish I told the waitress (Bobbie) plz take it & I’ll just get something else. The manager (Terrence) was kind enough to waive my meal. The cooks just need to learn to read the order properly..especially if thes a guest that has allergies. Other than that..we had a good experience.
