I like Arby’s roasted beef sandwiches. They’re the best compared to all the fast-food restaurants. The curly fries are also better than most of their competitors.
This Arby’s is one of the newest Arby’s in the Sacramento area. The dining room is comfortable, and an excellent outdoor dining area is in front of the restaurant. The service is hit-and-miss. Sometimes, I received fast service, but sometimes, I couldn’t find any attention after standing at the counter for minutes.

Good Arby’s adventure have been fun the pay 2x at another location. Food was what we ordered a delicious cup of meat. They definitely brought the meat with this one. They also have a bunned version but who would under the carbs honestly! Check it out soon if you want steak nuggets!!!

Ordered some roast beef sandwiches and fries and was supposed to have 6 roast beefs and one mozzarella stick order but ended up with 4 sandwiches and two orders of mozzarella sticks, the fries were all the burnt hard ends, no curly ones in there, roast beef was dry like it was sitting out for a long time. Manager offered one free meal after I complained, but that’s not sufficient for our whole order being wrong and the food being nasty! Dont go to this location!

Spent 20 plus minutes in drive through and decided to read the reviews and the line was not moving so decided to not even waste another minute in this line. Its not worth it .
This was the first visit.
So I decided to give them another chance after going back spending another 20 plus minutes in the drive-through I get my sandwiches and they are not up to par I’ve been to a lot of arby’s restaurants all over the United States this has got to be the worst of them all very stingy on the ingredients don’t recommend go state spend your money somewhere else.
Does not look like the picture missing half the ingredients. Ps you guys suck

Food was awful. There is an Arbys on Arden that I frequent so I do have another Arbys to compare to. Let’s start with the positive. The fries were good. The cheese sticks were exceptional however we were shorted 1 stick in one of the 6 packs. The vanilla shake and chicken sliders were good. The bourbon chicken sandwich was aweful. We had three and threw all 3 away. Cheese tasted like it was left out all day. Our bill was $45 to feed 5 people and I was less than impressed.

I ordered the half pound beef and cheddar. So for starters they put two pumps only on the top of the bun so it didn’t look anything like the picture and appeared much smaller than my previous half pound beef n cheddar i got before, so I called to double check and ask why it didn’t look like the picture and I believe I spoke with the manager because he said he told who ever was prepping the sandwhich that it was okay and it to serve it like that, then when I got home I decided to weigh the sandwhich to compare with the nutrition facts serving weight and it did not weigh what the half pound beef n cheddar should, it weighed about as much as the double beef n cheddar. So long story short I was given a wrong sandwhich! I was too frustrated to call back.

Was disappointed in the Country Style Rib Sandwich. The rib sandwich didn’t taste like pork ribs at all. It was rubbery and had no taste. Even the barbecue sauce didn’t help. The Fried Strawberry and Cream Pie was ok, nothing to brag about. I only ordered these items because I read an article from someone that post, “I tried it so you don’t have to. The person gave good reviews about both items. Sorry I listened.☹️ To each it’s own, but I won’t be ordering those items again!

They are perfectly adequate food. I think the fact that they are making $20 an hour now has motivated them to overcome their past weaknesses. Arby’s used to be the joke of the industry. Cows would joke amongst themselves saying, “ha, you are such a lame cow. You will be eating at an Arby’s.” Now that is no longer. Cows have perfectly mediocre feelings about being eaten at an Arby’s. Thank you.
