Went to this ihop a while ago and it wasn’t great. Hashbrown and bacon were burnt and it just wasn’t great. Decided to give it another shot after probably 6 months to a year and it might be worse. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the servers aren’t to friendly. We got seated and we had to battle it out with flies. The flies got so bad that we had to change seats. The we ordered steak tips breakfast WELL DONE supposedly and they had a couple of the still pink in the inside. Even though I said well done I can compromise but not this pink. Then to cap it all of I had hair in my plate of pancakes and I instantly almost vomited. Unless there is some extreme makeover I wouldn’t recommend this place if they were giving free food. Not to mention the price was outrageous. 2 adults and 1 child over 70 dollars. Besides the hair, flies,,and half done steak tips the food was good.

Well it was an average meal at IHOP. The server was excellent, she took pretty good care of us and when a mistake was made on my meals she made it right immediately with no argument. The only complaint I really have is that the booth was so tiny I could barely sit in it. And I’m not that big of a guy but they need to look at their booth sizes and maybe correct a few. The booth I’m talking about is the very first one behind the hostess station by the windows, don’t let them see you in that one if you’re bigger than a teenager

I enjoyed my overall experience here. The food was great and the service was top notch. Kayla, my server was attentive, and efficient. Even the manager, the nice lady with the Red hair, what was her name oh yeah Toni! She even came by our table to make sure everything was in order. 10/10 would recommend!!!

As our Slidell IHOP has now closed, our go to IHOP is this one in Covington. Service, atmosphere, and most importantly breakfast food is out of this world. Some of the food prep wonder if based on the standard work of IHOP’s menu, but some of it is uptick by the great pride of all chefs in our region for good preparation and food presentation.

Came in around lunch time on a Sunday. Expected it to be busy but was surprised to see many open tables. Unfortunately, we ended up sitting in a booth for 20 minutes and not a single server stopped by to acknowledge us or take a drink order.
My son had to inform a server that there was vomit on the floor by the bathroom and they did take care of that right away. However, we noticed continued issues around us about orders being incorrect. It’s disappointing seeing food being taken to table then taken away and new food be brought out. There weren’t any big parties seated. It was just 2 and 3 people at the tables. My son noticed plenty of servers standing by. I understand if we weren’t in their area but it just didn’t make me feel good about being there.

I came in around 7am to get breakfast as a stop on my roadtrip to Atlanta and I had a fantastic stack of pancakes. The manager, Toni, stopped by to ask about the food and my waitress, Erin was delightful. I never had to ask for anything. This is one of the better IHOPs I’ve been to and I would definitely come back.

IHOP is my go to for a reason!!!! No matter when I visit, the food is always hot and fresh. Beyond the menu, the atmosphere is just wonderful and cozy, the staff is always welcoming. It makes the whole dining experience feel like a treat. Highly recommended 5 STARS!!!!

My autistic child and I were looking for something to eat. As we were driving we saw that IHOP at some locations are open late. HE WAS SOO ECSTATIC.. LATE NIGHT PANCAKES!! So we passed the one closest to us and the light was on that said OPEN. . And we waited inside. They had multiple tables filled. So, finally somebody came up there and said that they were closed.. Even though the door was open and the open sign was on. They were very rude about it.below is a picture where I time stamped it, by taking a screenshot at the exact time. If they close at 10:00, maybe the open sign shouldn’t be shining so bright and the restaurant door shouldn’t be available for customers. As I said, some of the IHOPs it says stay open late. I probably just wasted the last little bit of time I had before another restaurant closes. It’s so annoying.

Very overpriced. Someone needs to remind them that they’re serving breakfast, not dinner. Don’t get the cold brew coffee. It has such little coffee flavor that if you told me it was just iced creamer I would believe you. The hash browns aren’t “brown” at all. For the price this place is charging everything should be perfect.
