Pros:
The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained.
Cons:
A bad server experience is a direct reflection of the business itself. This visit left me questioning why I spent nearly $100 on a meal that was largely incorrect and incomplete. On top of that, we had to repeatedly ask the server for basic items like utensils, paper towels, and even silverware just to eat the wrong food that was placed in front of our party.
I’ve eaten at many Tumbleweed locations across multiple states over the years, and I’ve always left feeling like my money was well spent—consistent good quality and food worth returning for.
Unfortunately, this location is the exception. Maybe poor management? Maybe incomplete training? Maybe just poor attitude? Maybe just a little of each?
Whatever the case it has clearly lead to poor performance for a incomplete and costly experience that cost several customers. I would suggest using a pencil and paper to write down your customer request as a standard practice.

Took my sister to eat 2 weeks ago. My first time there. Had the ribeye and she the ribs. It was the best steak?, cooked perfect. Took my other sister & dad this Saturday we all ordered the ribeye mac& cheese, baked potato. Cold mac and cheese. Potatoes were under cooked and the stakes weren’t hot or cooked as ordered. Still left a 20 dollar tip. The service was great. We sent 2 steaks back. Still not right. At that point we gave up on a good meal. We still enjoyed our family time together but the meals were very disappointing. Whoever the cook was 2 Saturdays ago was great.

Came in to get some dinner with my son that we was very pleased with. The chicken taco salad was fresh and flavorful and my son said that his Bourbon Fried Chicken Crips Chicken sandwich qchips and dip nicely spiced but the cheese dip took first please.

Connie was our server and she is amazing! She is very friendly and helps us with the menu since it was our first time there. We ordered the chicken nachos with the holding jalapeño and putting the guacamole and the sour cream in the side and it came out quickly and correctly. They were so big I didn’t order dinner but my husband got the chicken fajita wrap with friws and he loved it. We will definitely be back!

What can I say, this is one of the best Tumbleweed restaurants I’ve been too. The food was great and our server was very nice. The chicken soft tacos are the best I’ve ever had anywhere at any price. Can’t beat it for a small town franchise place.

Friendly servers with great memories (there with a work party of about 45 people) drinks and food all went to the places they were supposed to. Low wait time, excellent job.

Was there yesterday after 5 pm ordered a hamburger well done ,while eating I was using my phone taking care lose ends at work while eating and noticing my well done hamburger was red raw ,I did eat my fries and pushed the plate to the end of the table,the girl working our table came around I told her this is not well done takes the plate and said I will let them know and that was the end of got the bill i paid for a raw burger.I would expect better as much money I spend bring my family here

I liked that the sauce for the chips. The slightly sweet taste was different and interesting. Portions were good size. The rice was different in a good way too. I got the 99 cents margaritas and for 99 cents you can’t go wrong. The
White queso had a good balance of flavor not too spicy or to salty.
Definitely worth a shot.
