IHOP is IHOP. Definitely lots of options to eat. This location was good. Service was as expected. Tables were clean. Staffs was attentive and friendly. Country fried steak and eggs is my favorite, but there’s many options to choose from. I would recommend trying this place for yourself.

While the food has been good, the experiences that I have had at this IHOP have been less than ideal. The first time I went with three of my kids. Everything was great and we had no problems. So, we went back with the whole family. This visit was at a time when it was pretty busy, so I understand it taking a little longer to get everything. This third time we again went as a whole family at a time that was not very busy. A nice server took our drink order and then disappeared. We waited, and waited, and waited for 20ish minutes and still no drinks. Our kids were over it and very hungry, so we told another server that we had been waiting too long for just our drinks and we were leaving. We will not be returning to this IHOP, which is a shame because there aren’t a huge amount of breakfast choices near us. I gave two stars because the first server we had (I wish I knew his name) was AWESOME. Unfortunately, I don’t think he is there anymore.

We had a big group of middle schoolers and yes.. they were a lot but kids are kids. We had 4 servers that helped and took care of the kids and they were AMAZING. Super sweet and very very patient. We appreciate them and knew that it was a lot, there were two managers that were on and the one with long hair was also super sweet. The other one, on the other hand… I have never seen a worse manager at any establishment. Retail, food service, etc. She was incredibly rude not only to the kids but also to the two of us that were chaperoning. She yelled at one of our girls over a broken glass and she came over to us almost in tears, trash talked them in the kitchen, and was rude to us as well. Just overall not fit to be a manager. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because of her. Again we appreciate all the servers and other manager for their patience. Overall the kids had a lot of fun and no harm was done during our visit.

This IHOP has gone downhill very fast. Waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and when someone finally decides to come to the front I ask if they are understaffed. I’m told they are not understaffed. Get seated and it takes 10 minutes to get someone to take our order. There are maybe 4 family guests in the entire restaurant. Then 40 minutes after we order, I keep being told it will be out soon. I have two children and two adults in my party. It has been close to an hour since we walked in the doors and no food. Food finally arrives and the order for two members are wrong. We have hard frozen strawberries on french toast. When we decide to say something, the waitress walks to tell manager, and manager believes its funny. They said the cooks lost the ticket, then manager says computers were down. This is the 3rd bad experience in a row, and I will not be returning. The staff just doesnt care, they walk past you while you are waiting to be seated and you hear the cooks laughing throughout the restaurant all while they cant finish cooking your meal. If you want to be ignored and have bad service, this is your place.

We had a marvelous experience. Our waitress was super kind and helpful (I tend to make slow decisions with my orders). They may have remodeled too since I was last in there, very clean and fresh looking interior. Everything was tasty and filled us up! Very much appreciated the lack of TVs. It was a very nice dining experience!

Ordered fish dinner. Fish was overcooked. Same with onion rings deep fried too hard. Fries are terrible. The Manager sat there visiting and didn’t even come say anything to us. No apology no nothing. Waitress did apologies.

I worked here for about 10 months as a crew chief then AGM. Beware when donating…they collected toys and money for my kids for Christmas because of difficult circumstances I was facing. They said they would match the money collected. I received the toys but they kept all the cash that was donated. Then they changed upper management and fired almost every GM in the franchise and cut my pay, forcing me to leave. Just beware when donating and tip your server in cash because they don’t always keep money to pay credit card tips.

We went on a Friday evening, they were not crowded. The woman who served us was very helpful and happily fulfilled whatever needs we had. My expectations aren’t always high when walking into an IHOP, but it was a very positive experience with no complaints. The food was good and came out exactly as we had ordered it. Overall we would definitely go back.
