Brace yourself. It must have been an off day. Two of three stalls in the bathroom were out of order. The Indian gentleman who was my server was attentive, but the drinks were off. Dr. Pepper drinkers know when the flavor is off and it missed the base by a mile. The best part of the blue raspberry lemonade was the three slices of strawberries in the drink. Hold the fuzz next time. I wanted a T-bone steak with broccoli and mash potatoes, however they were out of broccoli. Must be quite popular this time of year. I got green beans instead. I asked for my steak to be medium because most places don’t cook a medium rare right and we’ll see for yourself what I was given. The flavors were okay but the temperature was barely lukewarm. Check the utensils as well, my first set had to be return with the manager having to check before handing me a clean set. Polishing silverware comes second to cleanliness.

Went in at 6:30 pm restaurant was not busy, two servers with 2 tables a piece. The 4 top next to us came in after and placed order and received food. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked where our food was and they said they were still waiting on it to be done. We had two people each of us ordered pancakes, sausage, bacon and eggs. At 48 minutes in our wait the table next to us found hair in their food. We Left this ihop location at 7:18 pm and drove 10 minutes to the 119th st location and had our food by 7:45 pm and we’re done eating at 7:53 pm. I would advise against this location. Pictures attached of the food received at 119th st.

I’d give a 6/5 stars if I could. I lost my fantasy football league and had to complete the pancake challenge. I was here for 9 hours eating 15 pancakes. During that time the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The service was very great and they even motivated me to push through and also made it entertaining with our conversations. Shoutout to Ericka, Carrie, Abdul, and Beverly. Great team over there!

Erika the manager is AWESOME! She is working hard to change this place around. It is quiet and not very busy during the day, I enjoyed the atmosphere. Food looked EXACTLY like the pix on the menu and tasted delicious. My waitress was polite and nice. Erika took care of me due to a previous bad experience I had and made everything right. Don’t give up on them. As long as Erika is the manager u will b in very good hands. Way to go Erika and team! I appreciate the excellent service, food and amazing job!

We ask the host (older heavy lady) to be seated away from the door. Both options she presented were less 5 ft from the door. It was cold otherwise service and food were wonderful. 4 other back booths were available.

As of this evening, Feb 17, 2026, we resolve to never visit this establishment again. Gross mismanagement (manager absent from restaurant) and severe staffing issues, combined with substandard cleanliness (hair in granddaughter’s bacon) and a shortage of supplies (no tea bags or ice cream), leads me to the conclusion that the wait staff they had tonight would be better off locking the doors and seeking employment elsewhere. As for the kitchen? They’d be better off panhandling at the nearest intersection. Harsh, yes, but accurate.

We had a marvelous experience. Our waitress was super kind and helpful (I tend to make slow decisions with my orders). They may have remodeled too since I was last in there, very clean and fresh looking interior. Everything was tasty and filled us up! Very much appreciated the lack of TVs. It was a very nice dining experience!
