This past Sunday, we visited the restaurant, and it was exceptionally busy. Securing a table required approximately 25 minutes, and the food took an additional 40 minutes to arrive. Despite the extended wait times, the food was enjoyable, although the service was somewhat rushed, which is understandable given the volume of patrons. The tres leches pancakes, egg white omelet, and chicken quesadilla were well-received; however, the chicken tenders were overcooked. We recommend avoiding this establishment during peak hours.

My first visit wasn’t a great experience. The server didn’t place the order correctly, and I waited about 40 minutes without receiving any food. I asked a couple of times for an update and was told it was almost ready, but it never came. I eventually had to leave and grab something at McDonald’s because I needed to get to work.
That said, I decided to give it another try, and I’m glad I did. The food was delicious and much better than my first experience. Because of that second visit, I would recommend it, hoping the service is more consistent going forward.

Ordered sampler platter. Hash browns were not done and luke warm. Sausage was luke warm, it was done, just not hot. And non of the food just sat around waiting to be ate. All was sampled when plate came. Bacon was also luke warm.
Pancake and scrambled egg were the only hot items on the plate. Let server know and got a sorry.
Called the let us know about your experience number and got a sorry and we will look into it as i gave the information. Should not be serving luke warm. Food. Unsafe.

AWESOME JOB ONCE AGAIN!!! From beginning to end. Everything and everyone did an AWESOME job. Food was delicious and service outstanding! Got free pancakes because of it being National Pancake Day. Thanks to the whole team. Another successful day!!!

Our waitress Ivy was wonderful!!! We were in with our grandchildren and not only was Ivy very knowledgeable about all of their dietary restrictions, she was an absolute joy. In addition to caring for all of our needs we noticed how she was helping everyone as well. She is truly a gift and we will be sure to come back just to see her!

Live in Branson now. Food was good. Service was awesome. However not Veteran friendly, no local discount. Understand this is optional. Prices a little high. No value menu, owner took it off menu. No employee discounts which I find reprehensible by the owner. Two people only ate here.

Kenneth was a excellent manager and Hugo was a amazing server. Highly recommend this establishment. I had the t bone steak with green beans and mashed potato, a classic. It was cooked perfectly and was very tender. I found the sides to be well seasoned. My wife had the bacon avocado eggs Benedict. The skill at poaching was spot on and the sauce was perfect. This is a excellent stop in Branson and I invite you to stop on by.

First thing as soon as we walked in, the hostess was FANTASTIC. She was so friendly and made our daughter feel super special. We made small talk with her like we were old friends. The server was polite and didn’t linger over us. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. 10 out of 5 for the whole visit! I would recommend this location to any and every one!

I will never eat at this ihop ever again. I came in the other night and even with their rediculously high prices for food still ordered. I needed a booth to charge my phone. They had one outlet by the front. Which was cool. The restaurant was basically empty. I paid 20 dollars for a regular burger that really wasnt nothing worth 20 dollars and some extremely over salted fries. The waitress was cool. I tipped her 10 bucks so in all I spent 30 bucks for really a basic meal and oversalted fries i barely wanted to eat but I didn’t complain. About 20 or so minutes after the waitress collected my money. She comes over to my table and was like yeah you’ve been here for quite a while and we’re gonna have to ask you to leave. I was like ok and I grabbed my stuff and left. And I really wasnt like a bum. I was wearing and tie a work collared shirt and some slacks. I did have an army backpack. But to be honest it made me feel kinda messed up about it. I looked around and there wasnt no one in the restaurant really. To kick me out like that after I just ate food and payed and tipped relatively decent is kinda bogus. I will never ever eat here again. And I will be telling everyone how I was treated in your establishment. Just take my money and kick me out for what? Definitely wasnt packed. Lousy experience if you ask me
