What happened to customer service? Kiosks only. The people working here see others struggling with their orders amd nobody bothers to help. My order gets called out and they say my name and walk away no thank you no can i get you anything else. My cup was missing by the way. After calling out to get anybody attention they make it seem like im the impatient one. I got the last 3 hot sauces in the trays and sat at one of the only clean tables in the whole restaurant. Food was good though.

Ordered Del Taco this evening via Uber Eats. My wife had the hard shell grilled chicken tacos and chips and I had two small burritos. We enjoyed the food and the tortillas were fresh and the food hot and tasty.

STARTED OUT WELL…UNTIL I GOT HOME AND OPENED THE BAG
Ordered single crunchy taco and chix soft taco, med fries well done and a side of chix a la cart for my dog (who was in car with me)
When I got to wondow total was $11.xx. I asked what size the side chix was and they told me it was a white container and even showed an empty one to me (about 2-3 oz) for $1.49 each.
Told them my girl was 90 lbs so I better order a 2nd side for her to have enough. new total $13.xx Pulled away from drive-thru with the best crispy fries that location has ever made so was excited about order.
Got home and beyond the fries, Order was disappointing at best and a lie at worst. Chix sides were in tiny black container about a 4th the size amd.one only partily filled (half the size of a ketchup pack (serious?!?) and the tacos weren’t even 1/2 full. This makes sense when the tacos were $0.49 cents years ago, but not at a $1.99 each and the chix was less than a tablespoon each container. What a ripoff. Usually this location does ok, messes order up occasionally but quality of food and portions are normal so we overlook the occasional drive back to fix order or grab the forgotten saice or shake.
This time it was disappointing to get all way home after taking the time to make sure I was getting what I needed.
Very disappointed . My recommendation is to make sure you take everything out of the bag and be sure it is what you ordered and before leaving the drive through. I overpaid this order by $4.50 by calculations. Sorry guys, I know food servive is tough but take pride in your work and no one should have issues with wage increases.

Usually an acceptable establishment. I have a pregnant wife who is need of a chocolate shake and they said the machine is being cleaned and will be off the rest of the night. Not cool. Also they said they are out of beans, that’s like 90% of their menu. Come on guys.

First, I hate the touch pad ordering. I like talking to a person. Also, I’m used to getting more toppings on my deluxe chili cheese fries. Hardly any cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, etc. so not very deluxe. The people behind the counter are so busy they can barely take time to acknowledge you. I will only eat at this location when I’m short on time as it’s close to my home.
