Ordered 4 soft tacos and after some confusion and wait I got them. When I got home 1 of the fish tacos was inedible and seemed like it had been in the fryer/oven for hours, the fish was super hard and discolored all the way through.

This DelTaco is right by my house, and it’s normally really good! Today, I got a beyond meat taco, and it was not good and not well put together. I asked for no cheese with extra lettuce, but I ended up with less lettuce than normal.

Usually an acceptable establishment. I have a pregnant wife who is need of a chocolate shake and they said the machine is being cleaned and will be off the rest of the night. Not cool. Also they said they are out of beans, that’s like 90% of their menu. Come on guys.

Not everyone in this restaurant is horrible. It tends to be the evening shift and women working. The lack of professionalism and customer service is outrageous. They have a horrible attitude and speak badly about customers in Spanish thinking they’re not understood. ( I speak Spanish and understand every word.) management really should be involved.

Good food, they accept EBT if you’re a participant in the Restaurant Meals Program. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I went inside to order, the guy behind the counter literally took like 10 mins before finally taking my order. Food was ready fast though.
