1. If I could give a half a star overall I could.
2. I only gave atmosphere 2 stars as I haven’t met any other staff in the two times I’ve visited in the last year.
3. I’m only writing this review as I am concerned for the well being of this establishment. I would be visiting more but this location was closing at 2pm for the longest time for whatever reason.
Last time I went through the drive thru (maybe 3 weeks ago) there was an older woman with white/grey hair. I waited so long for my drinks she thought I was the next car in line and tried charging me for them before I told her what I was waiting for. It happened again today with the same woman, I get people have hard days but the same exact thing happened. I waited 5 minutes after paying, she thought I was the next car and I HAD TO TELL HER WHAT I WAS WAITING FOR. 1 singular $9 coffee BECAUSE I TIP. And the coffee tastes bad. I ordered an extra shot of espresso plus extra flavor and it just tastes like ice milk with the reminiscence of coffee and flavor.
4. Fix yourselves, I chose to go to you instead of anywhere else. Do better. I will be making sure to try new places when I decide I want to waste money on coffee

When we arrived at the drive through there was one other car in the line. We waited over 10 minutes to order. Then when we arrived at the window we waited another 11 minutes for our drinks. They gave us 2 of the 3 we ordered and came back to the window 5 minutes later realizing they had forgot one of our drinks. Staff was not kind or apologetic. This coffee shop was right by our hotel; they will not be getting our service the rest of our stay.

Rude baristas, got the wrong sandwich (we ordered the same thing and both got the everything bagel instead) and as we were leaving town and couldn’t go back, we tried to eat them regardless only to find out they were only halfway cooked. We really find out why we don’t go here often when we are desperate and regret it.

Avoid, if possible.
We stopped in here on Nov 10, 2024, at 8:34 a.m. for coffee as we were traveling through. I ordered a large Americano with caramel and coconut flavors and cream. My husband ordered a large Americano with cream. My husband has had this before, but he said that this definitely tasted worse than before. Both of our coffees had a burnt taste to it. And for having four shots of espresso in there, we could barely taste the coffee. It was quite weak, with a burnt aftertaste.
As far as the service goes, the gals were not rude to us, per se, but they weren’t very friendly either. But my husband did observe them being very rude to a few other customers while i was in the restroom. There was a gal who had ordered before us who was still waiting for a drink. We waited an extremely long time for our drinks. I get that it was Sunday morning and people were getting coffee before church, but the people who came in behind us and ordered three drinks got theirs before we got ours, and even had 2 of theirs before the gal who was before us got hers. When I asked the ladies about it, they said , “We’re working on yours right now,” with no apology.
When she finally handed my husband our drinks, she did apologize that the sticker wasn’t sticking on the cup totally, but no apology for the wait or anything else. I highly recommend finding another coffee shop.
I can not believe that the management and owners have not done anything about the customer service after reading all of these reviews after we went there.

The atmosphere was nice, because they have a lot of good seating options. But that’s the only thing going for it.

Nice coffee shop in town and the only one open by 0530hrs for people who are out and about early. I’ve never had an issue with service (speed or otherwise), so I can only assume people complaining probably came in on a bad day. This is also Miles City where the “small town vibe” is still alive and well, so things run a bit slower – have some patience.

Awful manager, baristas look like they want to quit 24/7, slow service, and unwelcoming atmosphere. When you walk to pick-up counter you can see all the food right next to the trash can in the back. Manager has awful customer service skills and can’t keep employees.

I stopped by to get a coffee for my husband. I ordered a simple drip coffee. The container of coffee was so low a second worker had to come over to tip the container to fill the cup. I should have said something then but thought maybe it would be OK. When I gave it to my husband he said the coffee was super burnt. When we headed back to town we stopped by to see about getting a fresh cup of coffee. They refused to replace the coffee since it had been over an hour since we ordered and we hadn’t called to inform them of the problem. Fair enough I guess but basic customer service would be to replace the coffee. How much does a drip coffee cost the company? It seems like a very minor cost to make the customer happy. In summary: bad coffee, worse service.

Its no wonder they are closing down or close to it. No one seems to want to work. I have seen people with shorter staff that had to actually cook food and still did better than this coffee shop. We waited for an extremely long time at the drive through and didn’t even get to place our orders. They told us to hang on and then never came back, and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Save your money and go to the Ruby, or Mountain Mudd.

Server/baristas we’re friendly inviting and knowledgeable. Their menu had a lot to choose from. The environment was fresh and bustling with that aromatic energy that a good cup of hot brew can conjure on a chill, windy Montana day.
