They do such a good job at making food fresh but suck when it comes to service. Was next to order and cashier was working on a drive thru order when told to hold so sure……now it was my turn and told to hold because another drive thru came in……I work next door and am limited on time so I have no issue on walking out like I did today. Get it together you should know who was next.

The young lady Juliana who took my order after I placed it online check my specific instructions, and the food was made exceptionally well, including my Oreo shakes. 22 minutes to get our order at 9am. The manager was more concerned about her drive thru numbers to help the guy struggling in the lobby to take care of the front guests. She even scolded him for touching drive thrus food instead of managing the restaurant. She worried about her job and what she was doing. Completely unaccountable for her actions and just argued over the issues going on. Felt bad for the guy who hadn’t even ordered that was standing there for 10 minutes watching this go down. Lack of training. Lady is absolutely on a power trip and is rude to her other employees…the young white kid. Complained about the wait after 12 minutes and watching drive thru function properly. Took another 10 minutes to get 2 meals, mini pancakes and a sausage croissant.

For the most part of this past years I have never had a big problem eating food from Jack like this one it’s the worst Hashbrown I have ever had it feels like its been sitting all day in the fryer I was only able to eat halfway but after that it was impossible to eat!

Last night I got the milk tea boba at the Jack N the Box on Gaffey Ave. And it was so good 10/10. This morning I went to the jack n the box on western and ordered the milk tea again and the boba were hard, they weren’t soft and chewy. They were probably the boba left over from the day before … I was very disappointed.
