This the second time I did pick up and my order is messed up n made how yall just want to do it. I had ordered 2 pancake stacks yesterday both pancake stacks was plain Buttermilk pancakes with strawberry n bananas topping. Why did yall put bananas slices into my pancakes. I didn’t ask for that and it wasn’t in the description. I do take accountability on not checking my order before leaving.

I have not dined here in over two years because of the previous service. I don’t know if they are under new management or what the case may be, but today’s service was exceptional. We came in as a group of eight we were served very fast. Everything was hot and fresh the refills kept coming. The staff was happy and very friendly. Thank you for your wonderful service today and I will be back

Update I have to stop coming to this IHOP this place is sad the server and manager are smh the bill says we paying 18% on the bill but to have to pay it on both bills is crazy and them to add it together for another tip is even more crazy I understand that they need tips and everybody don’t tip but we tip and after this we never will tip here again never again The food was okay and it could of been a little bit more warmer but still okay the strawberry cheesecake pancakes not really strawberry cheesecake pancakes but you can kind of taste it not what I expected just pancakes with strawberries and the plate is too small the spinach omelet was okay too no flavor in it not the best omelette or the worst and when four or more people come they automatic put a tip on the bill even if you split it basically in four ways everybody has to put a tip confusing but whatever in all okay place to eat I guess and the man who took the orders had a problem or he was mad like don’t come to work if you or unhappy no tip for him and besides he gave it to himself on all of the receipts 4.90 is the tip one person gave him 7.47 is another tip and 3.43 is the last tip in all 15.80 was the in all tip and he could of got more but whatever not today

Dined late nite, server had too much side work to be attentive to customers. Food was excellent and we just kinda helped ourselves throughout the restaurant.
