Picaderas are great and the large yaroas too. Please change the container for the small yaroa the fries get soggy. Club sandwich taste like from Dr. chimis from here beef or chicken are fire too. This is the best chimi truck in Paterson

The girl that handles the orders overcharged me. I came with my wife that isn’t Dominican and I guess she saw me as a tourist and overcharged me by $6! She charged me $1 more for everything I got(4 chimis) plus an extra 2 dollars on the credit card. I asked her why she charged me more, and she replied that it was extra and didn’t really explain..I want to trust my Dominican people but since she saw me as a come up I can’t trust them. It’s dishonest and bad for business. STAY AWAY. I came here alone to see if she would overcharge me and she didn’t, she charged me what is stated on the menu. Terrible..proof that she did it knowingly

Amazing Food & Great Vibes!
I had a great experience at Chimi parranda. We tried the chimi sandwich and the yaroa, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, especially with the meat – they definitely don’t hold back! Everything was full of flavor and clearly made with care. And very affordable too.
What really stood out is that this is a family-owned business, and you can feel the love and effort they put into everything. It’s a very nice spot overall – great food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I ordered big picadera tray that was over $100 and they gave me old tostones that looked like they had been reheated. The taste was terrible and we called for a new tostones order and they denied it. Don’t order from here.

Was craving a Chimichurri sandwich and was near the area. Stopped here and I’m glad we did. Sandwich was tasty (had the chicken chimi) and it was delicious. We also ordered picadera se tres carne’s but that wasn’t as good. A bit greasy and small quantity for the price. I’ll likely comeback for the chimi. 😉
