I had a great experience thanks to Alec. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He checked in at the right times, made sure everything was perfect with our meal, and had such a positive attitude the entire time.
What really stood out was how kind and personable he was—he treated us like valued guests rather than just another table. Service like that makes a huge difference in a dining experience. Alec clearly cares about doing a great job, and it shows.
If you get Alec as your waiter, you’re in good hands. Highly recommend!

came in with my sister today. it was pretty busy. marcee was our server. there was 5 tables lined at the door when we got there and she sat everyone of us at the same time and grabbed all our drink orders at the same time and had them out to all of us less then 2 minutes , and she grabbed all of our food orders by the order we came in. she knows what she was doing. impressive is an understatement. they don’t make them like that anymore. food was great. bathrooms were spotless. management was great. food came out fast and delicious!! drinks were at half and filled before they were aven close to be empty. i live in omaha and i will only be driving to the council bluffs ihop. great job !

Today’s experience was great. Although the parking lot was full we got right into a table. Our server, Alec, was very helpful. My spinach and mushroom omelette was amazing.

Finally got to stop here for lunch with my little girl a few weeks ago. The server was kind and the French toast was amazing. Got my princess the Chicken and pancakes, she was in love with how wonderful the chicken tenders were made. Absolutely will be coming back. Wonderful place for family. 10/10

Marcee was an incredible server! She was friendly, attentive, and had such a great sense of humor. Even with the restaurant being busy, she made sure we had everything we needed and kept the experience fun. Best service I’ve had at IHOP — 10/10 would come back just for her!

Usually not my ideal choice for a restaurant to eat at but I decided to stop in and give it a shot the other day, food was pretty good cooked to order and tasted delicious, not only was the food good but the atmosphere was clean, friendly, and welcoming. My server was Marcee, I have to say she probably put it over the top for me, kept coming back, didn’t have to ask her to do a bunch and she was super friendly, overall she deserves a 5 stars, that’s what we want in servers when we go out to eat anywhere, wish there were more like her.

Don’t get me wrong, the service was actually fantastic. I just feel bad for the host, who’s also the waiter and the cleaner? My gosh he does everything. He’s the only one outside serving everyone, so good job! I just hope this iHop hire more. When we were there, he was serving 5-7 tables I think, I can’t see the back that much, but for a family of us, we’re total of 6, that’s already a handful. Imagine more??
