Went here last night with lowered expectations due to the storm but when we got there it was very aware they were under staffed. Our waitress was very stressed and snappy the entire service and the manager on shift seemed fresh out of high school with not a clue how food service works, the manager even brought out our food with wrong sauce and my fiance steak was not cooked correctly at all. We honestly dont think we would be back since this isn’t the first time its been this way. Management seems like they careless and the waitresses need retraining. I worked service myself and its truly not that hard to deal with a big crowd alone if you know what your doing.

John was absolutely awesome! His service was great, not to mention his smile! I’ve been to this location and we’ve had different servers all three times and it hasn’t compared to this experience in the slightest. The table was clean the host was so nice and our server was HANDSOME. Our food came out like 5 minutes after w ordered it. It was so great!

This was me and my daughter’s first time at this location . We came in 12/12/25 at about 12am. when I got off work. Our waitress/hostess was friendly, polite and helpful. She took great care of me and my daughters. The Christmas decorations were very nice. The environment was welcoming and friendly.This will be our new breakfast spot from now on. Thank you for giving me and my girls a great dining experience.We had been having a rough day, but coming in late last night made us feel better. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful service and staff. We had the pleasure of having Laylen as our server- absolute sweetheart and very attentive. Food was good, although the ham and bacon were a bit meh, but the French toast and eggs were great.

I’m on my bfs account. My family. My mom, sister, nephew, & my self went today on Christmas. It was very crowded and the staff did such an amazing job getting everyone seated In a timely manner. Our experiences haven’t always been that great at this location but today I have absolutely no complaints and our server was great! Thank you also to the person who paid it forward and paid for our meal!!

I have gone into this place several times as a Doordash Driver, always later in the evening. It’s like no one works in there.
The past two times I’ve just left without my order because I couldn’t wait any longer. I went in there tonight 10 minutes after getting an order. I walk in and there isnt a single customer in the place, nobody but me and the staff. I didn’t even see any staff until a guy came out from somewhere. I told him I was there for a Doordash and he said they were working on it. Mind you… Again… I’m the only person in the place. Also, just a side note… It was absolutely freezing in there. The one guy I saw “working” was walking around in a sweater.
After a while another guy walked in, (I assume another DD driver) and he was there at least 5 minutes and nobody even came out to acknowledge he was there. He just stood there waiting. I waited close to 15 minutes and just hit “unassign” and left.. Mind you that 15 minutes was also close to ten minutes after I first got the order so they should have known about it for at least close to 25 minutes and it still wasn’t ready when I left. Again….not a single customer in the place besides me.
Same thing happened last time I went in there. I think they only have one cook and he seems really slow. I won’t take any more offers from this IHOP.
But I honestly don’t understand how the place stays in business. It’s like a ghost town and everything takes forever.

This place was dark. It was like lights didn’t even exist. The food was pretty good and so was the drinks. We got chicken and waffles the strawberry cheesecake kind. The blue splash is good too!

We have been trying different breakfast places in the Greenwood area for the past year. In all the places we’ve tried, the Ihop in Greenwood on Hwy 31 takes the top spot!! The food is always delicious and if there is ever a problem, they fix it, no questions asked! The service is always fast and friendly and the Manager, Francisco always stops by to make sure everything was good. He introduced himself, asked our names and told us how much he appreciates seeing us every Sunday morning. We have now decided that the Greenwood Ihop will be our go-to on Sunday mornings. Thank you Francisco and team for welcoming us as your guest family!!
