This place has unfortunately gone downhill! It used to be great! I used to love the hammerhead wrap specifically but it was removed off the menu. Also always loved the wonderful iced tea there. My last experience wasn’t great but I decided to give it another shot. Every one has a bad day. I’m not usually one to give negative reviews but I’m hoping the owner sees this and can help it get back to what it was. Today there was zero iced made so I’m unsure if they still have that or if it just wasn’t made today. The bathroom was pretty dirty as well, which is a red flag for me with restaurants. I was shocked at the portion size of the side of sweet potato fries and many were burnt along with the turkey burger my kids for sure would not eat but they were accommodating when I asked to switch it out for Mac n cheese. My wrap barely had any salmon and the PB dip that we used to love was super watery for some reason. I just don’t understand what happened. I plan on trying the Grandview location soon because I do enjoy this place and wonder if it’s just a location issue.

Clean eatz food is fantastic when done right. I eat at this location several times a week just because it is close by. This location is very inconsistent, every other time the sweet potato fries are raw… one time my bison burger was completely raw in the center. I dont even bother calling in to say anything because every time i have in the past, its never corrected etc and im not making another trip out for properly cooked sweet potato fries. Ive spent so much money at this place, and its a shame because i loveee clean eatz.

I love this location! It is super clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is nice. I get the medium bowl with Salmon, Sweet Potatoes, Zucchini, Mushrooms, Cilantro Lime Sauce and Clean Herbz Seasoning($10.55). It is so tasty. I have done dine-in and carry-out. The food is consistent every time. The dine in area is beautiful (indoors and outdoors). This is the best healthy meal you can find in Columbus. I highly recommend you give it a try.

I finally got around to eating here looking for a vegetarian restaurant. It’s not that vegetarian but they have a lot of meat dishes and not too much in total vegetarianism at least that I could find. I did order a super salad base with chicken and the chicken was pretty dry but the problem I had with it was the chicken in the bowl was just too much compared to the salad part of it and the other problem was all their sauces are like mayonnaise based I’m not sure that they have mayonnaise in them but I’m trying to say that they are that consistency. I would rather have some liquid salad dressing to cut down on the fats. Except for somewhat dry chicken the food was very good cost me $12 The bowl was a good size I almost couldn’t eat it and I do feel like I’ve got enough food in me to go all day.

Food was cold. My friend bite into a sweet potato fry with something like a wire in it. The lady working apologized and said it came from the cleaning brush but did nothing to rectify the issue! I ordered tomato soup and I took the lid off the tiny container and it was only half full. It was 6pm and they close at 7pm so my guess is that’s all they had left. I just can’t believe they served that to us. When we left she said “I’m sorry and I’m texting the GM now.” She should have just gave us the money back. Unfortunately I had been there once before and it wasn’t good so I wanted to give it a 2nd try. Never going back there.

Please bring Meghan back!!! I have been a long time customer at this location and I have noticed a decline since a change in management. The grab and go meals have no variety anymore and are left bare week over week. I have been coming for years and lately I have walked out without buying any meals. Grab and go meals used to have so many varieties like tons of pasta. I’m a huge fan of buffalo chicken mac and cheese. And there has been no variety anymore. The entire staff is not only super friendly but they know me by name and are great. Not sure what is going on with the management but you can tell a major decline. I drove to the Grandview location which is close to 30 mins away and it is so much better!!

The food’s flavor to me was barely there. It wasn’t the worst flavor but it could definitely use more tweaking in my book. I’m used to a bigger serving size based on my experiences at other establishments with similar cuisines. The bowl size was small and was expecting it to be at least halfway full. The salmon in my bowl wasn’t what I wanted taste-wise either. I asked for the three spiciest sauces and received three rather mild and even sweet flavored sauces. I did like the manners and etiquette of the staff. The young lady was very personable.
