The food at this location is always really good! Our server was outstanding! Didn’t get her name, but she checked in with us often to ensure we had drinks and make sure we didn’t need anything. We will absolutely be back! Best pancakes ever!

We just waited 45 minutes for our to-go order from IHOP. Got home and my crepes had no toppings for them. Nothing at all no other containers nothing. Only dough I called the store and the manager “Treana” knew they were out of bananas never said anything and refused to give me a refund or offer any other substitute. So I paid over $12 for dough and zero help from the store. Awful customer service and the food is crap. I would give NO stars if I could I do not recommend eating here.

Service staff was courteous and friendly. Supervisor or management checked on tables and thanked diners for choosing IHOP. Food was better than expected and exceeded my expectations we had a kid’s meal, the chocolate chip pancakes and I think it’s called the home fav menu which is reasonably priced and nice portions. The cini shake is a must try. We will definitely return to this location.

First thing my wife and I got seated right away. We sat down and waited at our table for 15 minutes before our server Tonya W. It seemed like she was distracted or ignoring us because she kept going to other tables that had more people at their table than us. She finally took our order and we waited an hour for our food. It wasn’t just the table next to us said the same thing that they had been waiting for a while. She brought our food and disappeared. The food was fantastic and it sucks to complain. Barely checked on us and the part that bothered us the most is she never brought us our check. We had to ask another server if they could get Tonya to comeback with our check. Again she kept doing other things like cleaning tables or keep going to other tables with more people. It took us 45 mins to get our check. We spent 2 hours in the restaurant just because of her bad service. We want to comeback but thats very unacceptable. Thanks

The upside is the food was as expected. The rest… Once we finally saw a server after a 10 minute wait, she tried her best, but clearly had too many tables to take care of. The place smells like weed. Booths are worn and have no support and holes in fabric.

Came in on a date for some hot chocolate on the first snowfall. The service was absolutely phenomenal, and let’s just say the manager is great at what he does. Everybody was so incredibly sweet! staff seems like they really care about each other. I’d love to come back around sometime!

Enjoying my mom’s birthday breakfast, as she picked Ihop because the kid in her wanted pancakes. Well, near the end of our one on one escapade, this sweet older white lady happened to walk over to our table and ask “how as everything?” Turns out, she, Ms Yvonne, was the owner. Not only was she sweet and a pleasure and ease to talk to, but she also decided to COMP my moms birthday breakfast! My mom was surprised, as was I, and delighted. Very humbling and such a rare gesture to be seen these days. I am so appreciative of this owner, and just being “human”. Genuine people like her and good staff like the improved ones we’re seeing there, brings a smile to my face…even without a stack of buttery pancakes in my face. Thank you. -Ken Taylor

Our server was the better of the ones present. Restaurant was not clean. Food was not great but my children wanted to eat here. Silverware was dirty. I was brought water with particles floating and wgen i mentioned it was told “that’s how our water is.” Staff was unprofessional and having “interesting conversations”
