I’ve had bad restaurant experiences but this one tops them all. First is horrible customer service. I’m not sure if they have actually trained there 1 to 2 floor servers how to properly serve the guest but I can look past that. Second we sit down and about 5 minutes later my daughters taco salad comes out with my sons fries. Looking pretty efficient right? Nope 45 minutes later we finally get our drink cups and I’m thinking ok maybe they forgot whatever. Over an hour goes by and still nothing else. At this point other gust are getting refunded and leaving. So I changed my order to “to go” because people were coming in getting their to go orders fast. Last I finally get our tacos “to go” and yet they forgot (apparently the hardest thing to make) our chips and dip. So we get soggy tacos with very hard chewy meat and hardly any dip in the cups with about half the chips you would expect for the price. Look I don’t like to complain much but I’m in the service industry and for what they are charging you’re better off spending a fraction of that at the gas station because at least you’ll get it in a timely manner and it won’t taste like garbage. worst place ever do not go there!!!

The food was great! I was really happy and suprised by the menu, as I figured I was in for american tacos, but instead I got the good stuff. I’m a big barria tacos fan, and was so happy to see these on the menu. They did not disappoint. They were very generous with the protein, it had just the right amount of onion and cilantro, and a great consumme. We also got the steak quesadilla, yummy crispy french fries, rice and beans, and queso and chips, and all were delicious. The atmosphere is really bright and open. Perfect to accomodate big groups, sports teams, families etc. It’s nice to have a mexican option in the Due West community area. (The pics do not reflect portions! We had starting eating when I realized the place was so good I should review, so stopped to snap them!)

Visited for the first time. I had researched Birria and what it was and it did not disappoint. I am gluten sensitive so chose the corn tortillas. I also do not tolerate extremely spicy foods so I asked about the least spicy options. I Selected the Birria Taco and also ordered Chips and Guac. Their portions were generous and the beef was delicious. I would have liked to add a little salt to the guac and beef but it wasnt available. The staff were warm and welcoming and we’re very helpful to this first time visitor. The restaurant (and restrooms) were very clean and there was plenty of seating. It was very easy to order online. I will return!

Wow wow wow, I mean this checks off everything if you see Carly just know your in good hands before I even talk about the food let me tell you the atmosphere and customer service is the best I’ve had in a while granted we are at the soft launch cause they opened this week but we were so well taken care of. Now let’s talk about the food I don’t know who in the back is making that steak but it was the juiciest most tender taco steak I’ve had. Flavor was just ok everything every time an item was brought I was just in awe of how amazing it looked and tasted even better they definitely will be seeing me again. And it’s halal so a win is a win. This is some of the best tacos and nachos I’ve had in a while I can’t wait to brag about this place to others

Our hostess, Carlie, was especially helpful and welcoming, which we really appreciated.
A few small suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have napkins accessible rather than needing to wait for them to be brought over. Unfortunately there was only one high chair available and it was broken. The restaurant hours also weren’t posted at the front, which made it a bit confusing. Lastly, we learned that the food is halal, but this wasn’t posted anywhere. Highlighting this would be really helpful for customers looking for halal options.
Overall, a solid spot with great food, and we’re excited to come back as they continue to grow!

Pretty disappointed! My daughter’s cheese wasn’t even melted in her quesadilla. My nachos were very cold. The meat had a good flavor but hard to eat cold nachos. The people were friendly but service was weird. You go up to a kiosk to order but they didn’t give you drinks or anything even though it was free refills (you get yourself). They brought chips but waited to bring out drinks. They had no forks. Overall people were nice, but service was akaward and food not cooked and cold. AND it was pretty expensive almost $60 with tip for not a ton of food and it wasn’t great either…
