Sticky, Gross, Slow, Beat-up, very filling and delicious. Half the restaurant’s was closed. 3 couples in front of us when we got there at about 10:45 on a Monday (usually a slow restaurant day). Start to finish, it took us right at 2 hours to have breakfast, 45 minutes to be seated and another 45 to get our food, which was not hot but warm, think sitting under a heat lamp. Table top very clean but seats split open, see picture, generally a pretty beat-up looking interior. All the table top coffee pots, not just ours had brown stains on the outside. The syrup container was all sticky, I mean all sticky, as well as the salt n pepper shakers. Since I had plenty of time I took them to the men’s room and washed n dried them. I noticed that the table clearing routine never included wiping off the syrup containers at the other tables. When we did get our food, it looked like the beautiful pictures in the menu. It was good tasting even though it was not hot, just warm, butter not melting on my well prepared pancakes. The portion size was very large. My omelet had all the types of meats promised in the menu. Waitress staff seemed poorly trained and confused.

I was here on Saturday morning and was immediately seated. After waitress took our drink and food orders we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for breakfast. Omelette and biscuit/gravy. People around us were just walking out after ordering shouting Don’t Bother Cooking My Order. Food was cold when it arrived.

We sat here for an HOUR before our waitress came back to our table to inform us that half of our order was not entered to the system and the wait was a 30 minute minimum. So half of us would have gotten our food and waited at least 30 minute before the other half got their food. Waitress was very very sweet and apologetic – loved her. But when we talked to the manager, he acted like he didn’t care at all. So we left. No food, no nothing. If I was a manager, I would have been mortified, but he literally gave us no sympathy, no apologies, nothing. Absolutely unprofessional. Why manage a business that you don’t care about? Never had a good experience at this location and you can be assured that we will never return. I only feel bad for the waitress we had and the one by the door begging us to stay. THEY should be in charge of things. Not the older gentleman who clearly doesn’t know what he is doing. Worst service EVER!

Was told as we were seated that there would be a 30 + minute wait for the food my girlfriend had something odd looking in her plate and it looked like a shell of a bug hairs and all brought it to the waitresses attention she had the manager talk to us and she didn’t actually even look at the plate itself but a picture that was taken on the phone. The manager said she would take the meal off and we could pay for one. She told me to cash out with the waitresses, as I did. The waitresses informed me that the manager had only discounted 20%. So disgusting. I won’t be going back to IHOP 153.

The service was horrendous, we waited what seemed like an eternity for the waitress to get the food and then the payment…I thought we were to pay at the front desk after waiting so long so we went to the front and was told that the waitress will take the payment. Even after that, she went to another table several times with my credit card in her hand. The food item I ordered was also horrible…it was ice cold and ugly, didn’t look nothing like the presentation on the menu and was pure sugar sweet. I will never eat there again, even if someone paid me.

If I could give zero I would.. I don’t usually do this but the food was disgusting I wish I had taken photo for proof of how gross it looked to begin with . It tasted even worse. It was pretty dead too for a busy weekend morning. Would have much rather went to waffle house or a gas station even than have ate what was served here. I got my hand super sticky from picking up a pepper shaker.. don’t waste your time or money.

Food is good, service was terrible. We waited about 10 minutes at the front waiting to be seated. After finally being acknowledged we were seated. We ordered, 40-45 minutes later the server comes over and says the kitchen doesn’t have our ticket. Then the next 15 minutes is spent trying to reorder, we eventually just ask for our food to go due to the 2 small children with us becoming antsy after an hour with nothing. Of course this ordeal was followed up with our system crashed and we can’t take credit/debit. After about 5 to 10 minutes trying to sort that we finally got our food and left. Just a nightmare experience.

I’m not one to complain, but our experience was awful. Our server Sarah was amazing, and did everything in her power to make us comfortable. 2 hours of waiting, and then get told it’s gonna be another hour. But I can clearly see kitchen staff eating while they are fixing food. That’s pretty bad. I will never eat at IHOP again.

I placed a to go order upon seeing how busy they were. Once I received my receipt at pickup, they had submitted my order wrong which ended up causing my overall wait time much longer than I had just sat down and eaten. I got home and they had messed up my order once again. I had paid extra for the lemon ricotta blueberry protein pancakes and didn’t get them.
