I love this place food and service is great! Your bartender!!! Please learn her how to serve a draw beer! A draw beer is served full! She was pouring her glasses about 3/4 full completely. Unacceptable I will never come back to this place again.

First, we sat in the bar. Very dead. 1 person in the bar. We ordered 2 beers. As we order our 2nd beer, we ordered the buffalo chicken dip. 20 minutes later it arrives. We got mostly very broken chips and i requested new chips. (For the record, the chips tasted extremely stale and it looked like we got the bottom of the barrel, so to speak). We ordered our food. We waited another 15 minutes for the “fresh” chips and my husband went to speak with a manager. No such manager existed. Bartender said he would comp the dip. Great!!! Our food came out about another 20 minutes later. I’m not blaming the Bartender at all. I believe if he has just a few tables, like 3 max, he’s good. Anymore than that, he can’t handle it. I could feel his anxiety. BBW READ YOUR EMPLOYEES…….get him help, because there was PLENTY of wait staff hanging around with nothing to do. This was for my husband’s birthday and we were extremely disappointed. Change the oil and do better by making sure on a Thunder game, there’s more than 1 person for the bar.

Order a day in advance and send drink order before hand!! Place takes for ever! Go to Reno instead at least over there waiters don’t drag their feet!! Won’t be back to this place not busy at all to take over to hour to get serve food and 20+ mins for drinks just go else were and good luck to owner! And doesn’t go bankrupt!! plus food look shitty Reno location 1000 times better!! Just avoid this place

The place smelled really bad as soon as we walked in, which already ruined the experience. The staff were rude, especially the person who waited on us, very unwelcoming and not nice at all.
The food took an extremely long time to come out. We ordered multiple dishes, including appetizers and dinner, but everything was brought to the table all at once instead of appetizers first and then dinner. Because of this, all the food was cold by the time it was served.
We spent around $80 and couldn’t even finish half of the food because of how bad it was. We politely told them the food was cold and asked for another one, but instead of fixing the issue, we were charged again.
Overall, the experience was terrible. I will never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve gone there multiple times and this time is topped all the rest. We walked in there, sat in there for about 2 to 5 minutes, not a single server on the floor no hostess, no bartender didn’t see anybody that works there not even a manager or a bus boy. This isn’t the first time this happened. They’ve done this when they’re slammed packed as well. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Y’all need to do better! Yukon or the one off Portland are 10 out of 10 recommend! 🙂

I’m honestly very very upset with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I came in on a Friday at 5 PM when it wasn’t busy at all, but I ended up waiting a ridiculous 45 minutes for a simple order of wings and fries. I asked my server multiple times where my order was Meanwhile, other tables got served around me. When my food finally arrived, the wings were completely unseasoned, and the server just handed me the seasoning to fix it myself. Frankly, that’s not just disappointing; it’s downright disrespectful service for a sit-down restaurant. I expected way better.” When I asked who the manager on duty was the answer I received was “we don’t really have one here, only a shift lead”…. Waste of my money trying to have a relaxing solo lunch.
