Sadly, we did not have a good experience. The placed was packed (as it usually is) but this led to us not being checked on at all once our meal was served. We had to ask for silverware. There were sugar ants in the syrup and little flies/gnats. The ceiling was leaking next to our booth, splashikg onto the floor. To top it off, there was a hair under my omlette. My server just looked at it and said he’d take it off my bill. No apology, etc.

I’ve been here a few times and everything was great. This time however, it wasn’t so. We had dinner. I’m not sure if I’ll be back as I’m very disappointed with the service and food (last two pics) tonight. I spend very little time with my stepdad, Mitch, these days and I wish the experience would have been better. Also, I changed the rating from 5 to 3

Came to have breakfast for dinner. Service was slow. Once our server sat us we literally didn’t see her again until it was time to bring us the bill. The person who served us our drinks pretty much took our order, served our food. Not sure if they are understaffed but they need help. Over all when we did finally get our food it was good. Place was clean.

Horrible service. Understaffed restaurant. Have to wait 1/2 hour for coffee. After that, everything was super slow. Looks like they want the employees to multitask, but they can’t handle it. They forget the customers and are organizing or cleaning lol. Even forgot to bring the pancakes No worthy. Spend your money somewhere else.

5 stack of Buttermilk Pancakes with melted butter and extra Butter Pecan Syrup!!!! Do I really need to say anything else? Omelettes, grits, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, ham, and waffles. An assortment of beverages, juices, and coffees. But, come on, pancakes! That’s what we are going there for, right. The International House of Pancakes. I look forward to seeing the Butter Pecan, Strawberry, Maple and Blueberry syrups on the table. They never disappoint and the service is so fast, you would think they have mental telepathy at how fast they bring an order to the table. Amazing flavor, value for the price, and I simply love our IHOP!!!

Worst breakfast I’ve ever had here. Ordered the sampler and it all wasn’t even hot. My sugar was low and I had to hurry and eat right away. Not even 2 minutes into the meal and it was cold. The eggs were not cooked fully (whites were runny), hash browns were hard and tough to chew, pancakes were falling apart when I was spreading the butter which didn’t melt because they were cold. I don’t think I will be going back.

First off, I’d like to note that our server, Katy, was respectful and took care of us. The restaurant was fairly empty upon our arrival. The men’s restroom was trashed, no working soap in the dispensers. The kitchen staff could be heard arguing amongst themselves and the waiting staff. Our orders (all of which were simple omelettes and the likes) took over 40 minutes to come out. Out of five orders, three of them had hair cooked into the food. I understand that it’s not our waitress’ fault for the quality of our food, but the kitchen staff needs to be inspected by their own management and the state ASAP. Katy removed nearly all of our food off of our bill, which was appreciated. Next time I’m rolling over to Suzie Q’s or Berry Fresh.

Definitely will not be Dining here again. Ordered coffee and breakfast with my family and this is the cup of coffee they served us. Disgusting to know someone’s lipstick was on the cup I was about to use. Not to mention the table was dirty and sticky.
