As always had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, especially the pancakes and french toast. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. The service was friendly and attentive, and our server Joalys made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Definitely a great spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

We were attended by Anais, who was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made the visit feel welcoming. The food came out tasty and well-prepared, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the parking situation. There isn’t much space available, which can make arriving a bit inconvenient.
Still, a solid experience overall, and Anais made it even better.

Hennessy was great! Had such a great experience at IHOP today! The food came out hot and fresh, the pancakes were fluffy, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s always a good sign when you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. Everything tasted delicious and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a great spot for a comforting breakfast or brunch. I’ll be back!

I had an amazing experience, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Anais for making it truly exceptional. Anais was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure everything was perfect, checked in at just the right times, and had such a positive, welcoming energy. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and thanks to Anais, the entire experience felt personal and memorable. This is exactly the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I went in this morning. Before I sat down had to use the bathroom. The bathroom was trashed toilet was clogged so I asked lady to clean it or get someone to clean it up she said I can’t. So I left. I usally don’t have problems here but idk thought I post cause that’s a safety issue. This was on sat January 25 2026 @ 5:30 am

From the moment we arrived, we were made to wait even though the place was noticeably empty. We were seated at a table that was dirty and had a bad smell. The food was disappointing, the steak arrived burnt, and when we sent it back, it came back undercooked, even though we had ordered it well done. My pancakes were also half raw.
The only redeemable part of the experience was the service provided by Helena, who was kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the other server walking around completely ignored our requests and even walked away while I was talking to her. We asked her for ketchup, and instead of bringing it, she went and told the other waitress. She showed no willingness to help, no kindness, and absolutely no sense of good service.
