My boyfriend and I ordered two Chick-fil-A Deluxe meals, and everything was perfect. The food was served hot and tasted great, and the portions were just right. The customer service was amazing as everyone was smiling, and we felt truly welcomed.
The restaurant is spacious and very clean, including the bathrooms, which were spotless and even smelled nice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here. We’d had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A in a different area before, so we were a bit hesitant, but we decided to give the brand another chance in Branson, and we’re really glad we did.

The people are always fantastic, but sometimes the food is great, sometimes it’s really not. Very 60/40 with the 60 being how often it’s good. Additionally I was so sad when they removed the play place. I loved taking my kids there with my friends so that we could actually enjoy mom talk while we ate.

Gave me a chicken sandwich that had deformed chicken on it that tasted nasty. Chicken nuggets are stale and rock hard. Salad is full of brown wilted lettuce. Literally the entire meal you served me was complete garbage and your managers should be ashamed.

As always the staff at Chick-fil-a was super friendly and kind. Food was good and hot. This particular Chick-fil-a has an awesome Christmas light display which is pretty impressive to say the least. So I recommend visiting at night time to see the display. Overall a great visit. The only downside is they removed the play area for children (hence only 4 stars).

This is the best Chick Fil A I’ve ever visited, bar none. Clean cut, professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly staff. Order was accurate and they gave us a ton of CFA sauce, as requested! Checked in several times to make sure we were satisfied, and were as quick as their reputation. Well done, CFA Branson!

Your usual Chick-fil-A here! No let downs at this one. Very quick to make the order even a little busy. And you get your food pretty quickly. Quality is exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A. Very convenient location to get on and off the highway. Would definitely come back here

All they do, they do consistently well! Most people go to Chick-fil-A for two things: tasty, quality chicken, and an outstanding customer service experience.
They do a wonderful job training all staff to deliver consistent, conscientious service with attention on kindness. I am always made to feel like an appreciated customer and staff take care not to rush people along like other fast food chains. Chick-fil-A team members seem to care about being positive and friendly.
On the food items, the quality of chicken is always good, here. Fresh fried and grilled chicken and a few tasty sides like hot waffle fries or fresh cut fruit. Even the salads and chicken soup are consistently great-tasting. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner items are always simple and tasty for fast food. My family and I have enjoyed every item on the menu & the spicy chicken is our favorite with a frosted lemonade. All our children love the grilled nuggets. I have never had a bite of Chick-fil-A and wondered what I am eating, like the ultra-processed feed other fast food chains sell.
The shakes are ALWAYS a delicious treat, and while they have suffered from shrink-flation, in size & price, they are still undeniably satisfying. I love combining flavors like chocolate and strawberry, or peach with cookies ‘n cream. The frosted coffee & frosted lemonade are delightful cold drinks. With everything at Chick-fil-A, from great food & drinks to quality service, positive consistency is always there.

It was my aunt’s and I having chick- fill -a and she had the grilled chicken club and a coke and I had the chicken nuggets with fries and sprite no ice.It was good but I had allergenic reaction to the seasoning on them had to go to CVS and buy Benadryl they are very pricey on stuff. 3 major spices that they have on their nuggets . Garlic and onion powder and black pepper all things I’m allergic too. It was good though I just won’t order the nuggets again if we go to another chick fil-a . Everything was very nice very clean and the staff was very helpful.

They have the drive-thru process down pat. What’s more consistent than Chick-fil-A. My son has Alpha-Gal. He has been safe to eat here thankfully—fries and even the battered chicken. Appreciate having a place to eat food that is safe for him. We don’t have the cross-contamination issue here.
