Karen the hostess/waitress promptly greeted us and seated us. All of our orders were perfect. We all enjoyed our entrees. No complaints. Karen was friendly and engaged. She made sure we had everything we may have needed. The bathroom was clean, which is always a plus in any establishment.

This was the best experience I have had at IHOP. The waitress Karen was very kind friendly and understanding and helpful to me and my 2 girls. She went out of her way to make sure that my disabled daughter was happy and completely satisfied with her food.. and would like to give a special shout out to the cook Gauge that went out of his way looking for onion rings and making the best happy face chocolate pancake that my daughter had ever had… They both were amazing restaurant was clean I would highly recommend it above any other IHOPs here in Pensacola

Walked in and stood waiting for 4 minutes before anyone walked by or acknowledged me, another man was sitting and said he had been waiting a while for his pickup order.
My server was good; they dont have French vanilla coffee creamer so she brought me multiple options so I could at least have some.kimd of flavorful coffee but the oat milk creamer just make my stomach upset it was so think and taste awful to me.
I was served 9 beef tips, with 4 pieces of mushroom amd the hashbrowns were rock hard and tasted stale. Not to mention the whole meal was child size portion. I’ve never left an ihop still hungry. Until now, I eat 1 meal a day, I’ll be hungry again before lunch.
I went up to the front to pay, but there was no way to, my waitress had to be called over to take my card and go run it at a different area.

I had such a great experience at IHOP! The food came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Huge shoutout to Michael in the kitchen — everything was made exactly right and you could tell he takes pride in what he does.
Our server Kayla was also amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. She kept such a positive attitude the whole time and really made us feel welcome.
Between Michael cooking and Kayla serving, the whole experience was 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

Karen our server did a great job, and was very pleasant to talk to. The cook Gauge did a great job with our order. Both my wife and I tried different orders than we would have normally and the food wasn’t bad but not our normal taste of dinner. But you don’t know until you try something different.
