Service has always been good here for us. But today everything about this location seemed different. It was even better!! Every staff member was upbeat and ready to help. There are new menus which we loved. The restaurant was clean and workers kept making sure it stayed that way. Food was also great! Thank you everyone for your service today!

They were very busy with people seated outside waiting. Once we got our seat we were greeted and welcomed quickly. For as busy as they were I was surprised of how fast and we got our food, it was correct and was a great atmosphere.

This sweet lady absolutely made our visit a real pleasure. I had fresh toast but immediately discovered it had cinnamon which I’m allergic . I advised my server and she took it away and bought me hot pancakes. My granddaughter had the kids pancakes with turkey bacon and devoured the meal.

I receive the worst service each and every time I come to this location, but it’s the closest and I only go when I’m being lazy. I understand busy and taking care of those inside, but if you are unable to service the online orders they should not be taken. I literally wait 20+ minutes AFTER THE PICKUP TIME for my food and after my fifth visit I’m told I should call a number. But the app says tap when you’re here and they’re on the way. What rubbed me the wrong way is the fact that I called and the guy Anthony said he was sending a manager out, which was him. He said “You’re supposed to call the number.” I showed him the app. It does not say that and this is not my first time complaining so how come no one ever said that before. I told him to please go inside and enjoy his Saturday because I didn’t want to ruin it. I called to ask for the district manager number and he said he was looking for the number and then passed the phone off to the manager Rico who stated he would take care of it and give me a free meal. I DO NOT NEED A FREE MEAL. I NEED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can pay for everything on the menu. That’s not the point. I would prefer hot food for the money I spend and at least a genuine apology and not a nonchalant “you’re supposed to call the number” answer.

Really nice place. They have a long walkway of carpet before the tables to keep the floors clean. Food was excellent, and seating was mostly if not all booths.

I did an online order for curbside pick up. Got there on time, checked in, then waited, and waited, and waited. Finally went inside. My food was sitting by the register with three servers behind the counter. Not impressed.

Our server was great and the waitresses were very polite. However, a knife was dropped in the middle of the aisle and we watched 5 of them walk over it (kicked twice) + 15 times. It honestly became amusing watching. Luckily, our waitress wasn’t one of them, but it took a customer picking it up off the floor.

This IHOP gets the job done and the staff is fairly friendly. The building and facilities really need a facelift and remodel. A bunch of the ceiling tiles are bowing and are about ready to fall. The food is great and prepared well. Our server was excellent and helpful.
