BEWARE! I have tried to contact corporate about this but the number does not work and they have NOT responded to me via email. I ordered 2 omelets from this location. 1 of the orders came with pancakes. Not only did my food arrive COLD but there is a substance on the pancakes. Either hair, fabric or MOLD. I still have r the pancakes and need assistance ASAP. DO NOT EAT HERE! IT IS UNCLEAN!

The service was good. The atmosphere was good. It was my granddaughter‘s three-year-old birthday. Everybody celebrated her. She had such a good time. The staff here was awesome. The customers here are awesome. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Stopped in during the week for their $6 breakfast. We had a really nice and very attentive lady as our waitress. Her name was Elizabeth . We enjoyed our dine-in meal. Food was brought out promptly and hot. Our waitress checked on us several times during our meal – which these days is hard to find such good employees. I would recommend this establishment if you are near Douglasville.

We came for national pancake day & the service was amazing! Shout out to our server Rebecca T for outstanding service & for being very attentive to us! The food was also great & it was brought out fairly quickly. Rebecca took our order & not even 5 minutes later the food was out. Everything was 10/10 today!

Luisa was our server… She was nice and friendly… Her service was great, she has a memory too! She took our order without a pen and pad. We ordered hot coffee, but it didn’t taste like the IHOP coffee that we are used too… the coffee has a distinct coffee flavor… one of the coffee mugs was dirty so we sent it back… I guess we are just used to the Carrollton place.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s been an overall alright experience, but today I had becca as my server and it was much better than the usual. She had an actual personality to her instead of the dead pan stare and trying to get through the ordering process as quickly as possible. We had a nice conversation and my food came out very quickly! Would definitely ask for her everytime I dine in here.

We had a great visit at IHOP, and our server, Jessica, made it even better. Super friendly, quick, and very attentive without being overbearing. She checked on us often and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent service!
