There wasn’t a long wait and we were seated immediately (party of 3). When I arrived at my table my seat wasn’t clean but the nice gentleman was able to get it clean for me. The floors are clean and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Our food was seasoned well and cooked just right. The pancakes were fluffy with the small crunch around the edges the way I like them. I had the strawberry lemonade to drink and it was just the right sweetness/tanginess I love. Our waitress name was Jessica. She’s very sweet, warm, caring and has a nice smile. Thank you Jessica!

First of all it was 10 of us in our party and another party of 10 behind us. They were so nice and the customer service was great. The food came out hot and was everything because we literally was ripping & running all day and didn’t eat until 8:30pm. The Colorado omelette with the pancakes is always my favorite. Thanks IHOP

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Food was fantastic. My lady and I were looking to grab some breakfast food. Came in and immediately greeted by the hostess and was met by our waitress AMANDA. Coming from a customer service background myself I enjoy how she was attentive , professional and outgoing. She came back for check ins to make sure we were good to go even while the business was busy . Highly recommend and will tell anyone to come as well and ask for her. 5 stars!!

Excellent service and food. Everything was prepared properly, and at a temperature level, I was in favor of no cold, heatlamp, or less than desirable food. The restaurant overall was very clean. Keep up the good work. Kudos to the staff! IHOP now has Eggs, Benedict on their menu, as well as new choices of crepes, and they are oh so delicious.

This IHOP had me feeling some kind of way. Stop in for a bite to eat and the best part was my waitress. She was sweet and doing her best. I always hesitate on dining out during holidays because there are large demanding crowds of people who often do not dine put often. Well, this was definitely the case. ♀️

The chicken in the chicken and waffles was actually really good. Our server Jessica was sweet! A “large” cup of orange juice is $4.49! That’s insane! I could by a whole jug! And the large cup is really a regular size cup that they call a large! Ridiculous!
