I went with my partner. The atmosphere was good. The lighting was A little too dark for my liking but overall not bad. Food was very good. Our waitress was fantastic. She was attentive without being overly pushy. The desert ( cheesecake of course) was delicious. We got red velvet and Cinnabon. We both had a great time.

Absolutely Blown Away – Why Didn’t I Visit Sooner?!
This was my first visit to The Cheesecake Factory, and I’m honestly wondering why I waited so long! From the moment I walked in, the experience was top-notch. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional — they made sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. You can tell they truly care about customer satisfaction.
Now let’s talk about the food — absolutely phenomenal! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can tell there’s a serious commitment to both quality and taste. And of course, the cheesecake lived up to its legendary reputation. Rich, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgence.
I’m honestly kicking myself for missing out on this place all this time. But now that I’ve discovered it, I’m definitely looking forward to many more visits. Highly recommended — this place is a total gem!

The seating – cramped, worse than diners.
The Thai chicken lettuce wrap came with 5-6 cold strips of chicken. Chicken didn’t had any flavor. For $20, this dish was way overpriced and a complete letdown.
Now the Asian chicken salad, it was 70% lettuce. Hardly any chicken (maybe 5-6 tiny pieces of flavorless dry chicken).
A complete letdown dinner.

This is one of the nicer locations ive been to, and even though it was packed the service was pretty quick. The meatloaf is quite good, but the real winner for our meal was the french-dip burger.

The food was good. We got appetizers and specialty meals and dessert. The cheesecake pictured was the Cinnabon one. It was really cold, making the cake a little hard to eat, not as creamy like other cheesecakes. The other cheesecake we ordered was the peach /raspberry one (not pictured). That was delicious.

My party and I recently dined here and overall had a wonderful experience. We were running late for our reservation and weren’t sure if we’d still be able to get a table, but the welcoming staff handled our situation gracefully and seated us shortly after we arrived.
The Good:
The food quality was excellent across all our dishes – you can definitely taste the care that goes into their preparation. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, perfect for our dinner out. What I particularly appreciated was that we never felt rushed, even though we arrived close to closing time. The staff allowed us to enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace.
The Not-So-Good:
The prices are on the higher side, though I suppose that’s expected given the quality and portion sizes. Our main concern was with the service – our server forgot one of our orders and needed to be reminded three times before it was addressed. While the overall service experience was positive, this particular issue did detract from an otherwise smooth evening.
Final Thoughts:
Despite the service hiccup and higher price point, the quality of food and welcoming atmosphere make this a place we’d definitely return to. With a bit more attention to order accuracy, this could easily be a five-star experience.
Would I recommend? Yes, just maybe double-check your order before the server leaves the table!

Since this location opened, we would go as a special treat. The food was always hot, fresh, and consistent from visit to visit.
Went tonight after nearly a year since our last visit and were very disappointed. The Factory Chopped salad had no bacon, no corn, no apple, no avocado, nearly undetectable dressing, and a small amount bland chicken. Served brought it back to kitchen to have it corrected. Even corrected, those ingredients were minimal. The fries and burger ordered by one of our party was described as bland and greasy. The fries were soggy.
Definitely not the hot, fresh, consistent quality we used to enjoy.
The women’s room was in very poor state- dirty toilets, one which was described by another patron as leaking. One of the sinks didn’t work at all, while the others only dispensed ice cold water. The garbage pail was overflowing onto the floor. I heard from a male in our party that the men’s room was similar.
The bright spot was our server, who was attentive.
I don’t know what happened to this place, but we don’t plan to return until they get things back to proper standards.

We went for 31st dec dinner last night. Our server came & seemed nervous so I greeted him & asked him how are you & to lighten up the moment to make him comfortable I asked long day huh and he says yes & he commented something about other servers which I couldn’t understand. Then he brought the bread late, in the meanwhile we asked for little more brown bread & server says he has to look if he has any. Suddenly brings appetizer. And, never brings more brown bread. I asked my server if they can make sangria without ice and even without asking he says no. I also asked to another server if they have vegetarian soup but she said no. We had ordered Cauliflower & Avacado egg rolls in appetizers which came out good. We had also ordered French fries and cheese pizza which was good but fries was dry. For the main course we had ordered Everlyn pasta & Alfredo penne pasta with veggies which was NOT good. The alfredo sauce was very watery & with very little alfredo taste & after coming home I was feeling VOMITTING. Also, the pastas was not fully boiled & was little raw. We had also ordered Linda’s fudge cake which was ok but not moist. Pasta is the most simple dish that any chef can make but was not made properly and service was pathetic because my server wouldn’t listen and I had tell other servers to call him multiple times. I also threw away rest of the pastas that I took away which I was planning to eat next day in lunch but unfortunately had to throw it away. It was a complete waste of my time, money & energy and WILL NEVER STEP back at Cheesecake factory ever again. During our dinner we also noticed other servers making serious blunders. One server wearing mask looking back and walking front dropped glasses of water on other server. Third server was carrying high chair and bumped high chair into back of my sofa. It seems management has not provided good training to their servers nor to their chefs. They didn’t deserve the tips but I still gave them as a courtesy which they definitely need to learn. I didn’t even wanted to waste time writing this review on the new year, but if I wouldn’t write this review how would they improve. If they have an ego, they will reject this review but if they really want to improve their service they will take this review positively. But, they have lost my business permanently.
