Good food, quick service.
This location is small and on a cold December Sunday it was packed as one could not sit outside.
We had to wait for sometime to get a spot to sit and eat. Cramped.
Food choices are good and the food tastes awesome.
The staff is very nice and courteous.
Nice experience. Will try other locations when I get a chance.

I’ve been to this place several times. Awesome food, especially the coffee choices (NITRO coffee guy here). I don’t usually write any reviews until I’ve been to the same site at least 3-4x trying different things on the menu. The 1st few times the food I got was very good to excellent; however, this time around I got the ‘Smokeshack’ egg sandwich. I do NOT recommend it unless you like 75% fat and mostly chewy brisket. I expected the typical greasyness but not nearly pure fat meat… No, thank you! I highly recommend getting anything else on the menu and stay away from the Smokeshack egg sandwich.

I started coming here for my morning coffee at the beginning of the year after getting fed up with the Dunks roulette (those from Mass & NH know). Especially since their coffee is getting too expensive to keep pouring down the sink because it tastes like sewage.
I can’t say enough good things about Crack’d. I’ve tried other coffee spots but theirs is the hands down the best. Their food is phenomenal too; I’ve never had anything off their menu that I didn’t like, and their limited time specials are always great. (Although the chicken & biscuit sandwich remains my fave.) Plus their menu is very reasonably priced for the quality. Even the ketchup is delicious. I recently went to Dunks and paid almost the same amount for a coffee that was so burnt I couldn’t finish it. Other places and chains are too expensive or have extremely long waits and terrible parking. Crack’d has absolutely turned me into a “coffee snob” haha
But where Crack’d truly shines is the staff. No matter when I go or how busy it is (and this place gets very busy!), they are always so friendly and welcoming. And it’s everyone, from the front of house to the cooks. Whenever I visit (and I’m here a lot… lol) they’re always smiling and they are all just the sweetest people even in the chaos of the breakfast rush. It’s one thing to make great food, but great people make it even better and Crack’d wins there.
I talk this place up to everyone I know because it really is that good. Truly a gem in Salem.

Was looking for a light breakfast leaning towards the healthy side. The sunny chorizo bowl was fresh and tasted great with the sweet potatoes. The everything bagel was toasted perfectly paired with the whipped cream cheese. Service was spot on and food came out quick even though it was busy on the weekend.

We ate at CRACK’D on 12/14/25 and 12/15/25 while in NH for a wedding. We searched online for gluten free restaurants and found Crack’d. And what a find it was!
Coffee=great. Food=excellent. Alana=awesome.
The service and knowledge Alana provided were excellent. As a celiac, it’s pretty scary getting food outside the home. Crack’d did not disappoint. Separate kitchen area, dedicated fryer (somewhat rare), and most of all knowledgeable staff are all musts for us. We couldn’t wait to come back the next morning. I hope all your locations are this good.

I have a gluten allergy and saw this place had great reviews for gf food and service. I went for the first time today but called ahead to confirm some procedures. I talked to John (manager) and he was INCREDIBLY helpful, detailing all of their gf and cross contamination procedures (including a dedicated fryer + separate place to toast gf buns + much more). He told me to ask for him when I came in to order and he was extremely kind and helpful in person too. He even came to check in after the food was delivered (including an allergy sticker). Not to mention the fried chicken sandwich and fries were very tasty. Great experience, felt very safe & the food was worth it too.

I was looking for something quick and yummy and this place was definitely that ! I ordered the smoke shack sandwich and substituted the bagel for the croissant(upcharge) which was fine by me, it was absolutely yummy. They don’t have corn beef hash but they do have a sweet potato hash that i didn’t get this time but will attempt on my next visit along with their coffee. They definitely get busy and seating is extremely limited gets jam packed quickly best for take out but being busy that to me only says how good this place it is !

This place was such a welcome surprise! First, I want to acknowledge the friendly staff for the warm welcome and gracious service. It felt as though they really loved their job, and they were happy to be taking care of preparing and serving our food. I was really impressed.
Now for the food and drink. Both were fantastic. I will 100% return. I ate my meal and it was so good, I bought more, which I had not initially planned on doing, to bring home to the rest if the family. The coffee was amazing. I had mint, and my daughter had cereal milk. Both were amazing.
I am a huge fan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1st time here. Quick counter service. Menu was pretty diverse. Had some cool selections. Wasn’t much seating so be careful during peak hours but food was good, quick service. I’d go again.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! We got the Fit Bird and Sante Fe bowl – both were delicious with fresh ingredients, great value, and quite filling! The staff was also very friendly and warm, checking in on us during our meal and making the ordering process quite easy and efficient. Thank you Phantom Gourmet for recommending the other Crack’d location and putting this name in my head while I was in the area!
