Ihop should be ashamed. This is the perfect location. Bad service. It needs cleaning…did I say bad service. The owners should eat there. My food sat out waiting 8 minutes! While they cooked my wife’s food. I sat outside the kitchen. The staff gave a don’t bother me vibe. I didn’t make you fill out the application. I didn’t drive you to the interview and I didn’t ask you to take the job. I was trying to overpay and tip you for your service. I am sorry to have inconvenience you.

When we walked into this humble establishment we were immediately greeted, not by a person but rather by the scent of stale air, when we were seated we could see trash on the kitchen floor from the booth our table was slightly sticky, and On top of that we were hit with another smell that kinda smelled like spilled beer. The mozzarella sticks were off the menu, and when I got my burger the tomatoes with extremely thick, and they put on a single onion, that was also thick and from the smaller side of the cut onion. I was barely given any fries, my drink was uncarbonated and flat, the only drink I could get was lemonade. My wife’s French toast barely came with any strawberries, it was EXTREMELY soggy, and tasted like a bad toaster strudel. We will not be eating here again, from the other reviews we have read. I won’t be recommending this establishment to anyone else.☹️

Our waitress was so sweet. It’s so kind that she was singing along with the song that were playing. She got our food. She was so nice. I don’t know how many times I can tell you how nice she was

A late night phone call turned into the best experience for me and my family. Samantha was very patient, understanding and very helpful with helping us place our orders and delivering good food along with her customer service. She made us feel like family instead of customers. We definitely will be returning. Keep up the good work Sam it shows!!! ❤️

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lovely person who had a great big smile. I got sat down at the table, and the server was very upbeat. Had a great personality. The food come out fast presentation was awesome. Everything was great. I will definitely come back again.

I came in on April 22, 2025 at 11 o’clock in the afternoon. I ordered the bacon, sausage, eggs and toast with an orange juice and coffee.
My server Navia S Was excellent. She was kind fast prompt, and was just a joy.
The food was excellent also. My eggs were cooked perfectly. My hashbrowns were fresh and my bacon and sausage was warm.
I definitely recommend this IHOP location and I definitely will be back again. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and the amazing food. I appreciate that so very much.

Probably one of the worst IHOPs I have ever been to. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our food and there was hardly anybody in the restaurant. The employees were so busy talking to each other and people they knew in the restaurant that we finally had to get the manager, and she was not that friendly. She acted like it was a hassle to help us, but she did give us our drinks for free, which I guess was a lot for her with her attitude. I definitely will never come back to this IHOP. NOTE: After this review I received the same note from the person managing the Google reviews that they send to every complaint. After reviewing their numerous same responses from others who complain I see no reason to contact the franchisee.

I’m a big time IHOP fan, and my Colorado omelette did not disappoint. The pancakes are always delicious, although I try to limit my consumption. The service was fast and courteous, and the restaurant is a convenient 10 minutes away from my workplace. It makes for a good option when my morning runs to quick to prepare a good breakfast.

We went here and it was never seated. My wife and I waited over 10 minutes to get seated. But we didn’t even get greeted. We saw plenty of servers and other staff walking around. One worker came to the front and assisted his customer and walked past us without acknowledging us.

We finally left after 10 minutes or so. I wish I would’ve read my previous review about not returning here from 2023. It hasn’t gotten better.

We won’t be returning here. I am surprised they haven’t closed down. I may miss it when it does, but I won’t miss the service.

We all hate to see a dying restaurant. You know the drill-near empty parking lot even at the times that used to be high traffic, four tables occupied at the dinner hour, one sole staff member doing the seating, ordering, serving and checking out, dirty restrooms. We have been watching this Ihop at Centre Point going this route for a while now. We like the menu, and when the food is good, it is real good. Unfortunately, I believe tonight was our last visit. And I don’t think it will necessarily be by our choice. We were seated right away (only three other tables occupied). Host/server/team leader took our order quickly. I ordered a simple omelet-two cheese, add peppers and onions. Sides of grits and sausage patties. My wife ordered the breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs. After the usual problem of diners seated after us receiving their food before us, ours arrived. Instead of what I ordered, I got a ham and cheese omelet. Had to remind about the grits. My wife received hash browns instead of scrambled eggs. My grits were cold-butter wouldn’t melt. The sausage wasn’t tasty. Rather than waiting another ten minutes for my omelet to be remade, I tried to eat what I received. Couldn’t do it.
In conversations with other diners, the multitasking team leader explained they were out of broccoli, hamburger buns and the bun the chicken sandwich came on. (“Truck didn’t come today”).
The multitasking team leader was very apologetic, and comped the meal. I told him I was very sorry for them and feared they won’t be around much longer.
What I don’t understand is why a franchise owner would allow this slide to persist (it’s been going downhill for many months, we just kept trying them again in good hopes). There is a tremendous amount of infrastructure cost sunk in the building, a lot of goodwill in the chain’s name and history, and this phenomenal location is across the street from an outlets center, and surrounded by many other retail stores, restaurants, offices, apartments and hotels. The coliseum and convention center are a few blocks away.
I understand staff, food, utilities and other costs are a heavy burden, especially when revenue from diners is lacking. But you’d think the franchisee would do everything they could to not let the restaurant fail. Alas, that appears not to be the case.
I fear this Ihop will be gone in a matter of months, if not weeks. Sad.
