Even though there were only a couple of servers who also worked the hostess stand, they handled the crowd very well. We waited a couple of minutes to be seated, and after that we were served very quickly. The servers there do a great job of managing the food flow. Our order came out quick and correct. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely go back.

Food was okay. I mean it’s IHOP. What do you expect? But the service was phenomenal. There was only one girl in there and she was killing it. She deserves a raise and then some.

See my receipt to see what I ordered. Notice the pics to see what I received. I had a pancake and French toast craving. Sent my husband 30 minutes away to this ihop and paid online for full stack pancakes (5 cakes), French toast (2 slices) and Protein Power pancakes (4 cakes). Low and behold I get my order and an entire HALF of it is missing. I received 1 slice of French toast (supposed to be 2), 3 regular pancakes (supposed to be 5), ZERO 0 protein pancakes (supposed to be 4). They boxed 2 regular pancakes instead of the 4 power cakes. The phone number on the receipt is DISCONNECTED. The phone number in Google gets no answer at all. $35 for 1 slice of bread and 5 plain pancakes is not acceptable and not what I paid for.

We dine at this it establishment on 08/20/23. This is our 2x visit here and I can honestly say we won’t be back. We were hoping that there have been improvements to this place, within an year. But they haven’t been any. For starters there was no welcoming waitress in the front of the restaurant and we stood there for a few minutes before someone came out of the back. She spoke to us from a distance & that she would get someone to help us. All of waitresses were humble in one place sitting down. We noticed there was a hole in the ceiling, where water was coming down. There were other customers in the restaurant. But the waitresses seem more occupied with their chatter among themselves. Because of our seating arrangement , we could see when the Cook have finished our order. He run the bill and left the cooking area & the food just laid there until the Cook came back from the bathroom and finally mention it to the waitress face to face. When asked condiments we were given empty bottles . Customer service is lacking of management terribly.

After a long day of flying and arriving later than expected, we stopped here as it was the only place opened close to our stay. Initially, that staff was less than enthused that we were there. The place was pretty empty. There were several tables that hadn’t been cleared. Our waitress was great, but the staff was quite boisterous in the back, a little unprofessional. I’m all for having a good time, but it was a little much. Let’s just say if undercover boss showed up, they’d all be in trouble. Food was good, Our server was great, friendly and engaging.

Enjoyed this IHOP in Charleston SC. The atmosphere was pleasant, the wait staff was great, and our breakfast was also great! Didn’t wait long to be seated or get our food. Our waitress anticipated our needs before we even asked. I had the pancake tacos along with bacon / sausage plate and my fiance had the Belgian waffle plate.

The service was slow, but it was busy. Ella took very good care of us. My crepes were good, but the bacon not so much. I will give IHOP another try at a different time to see if the food is any better.

It started out ok with Shelby, not certain if she was overwhelmed. Took the order and asked for cinnamon rolls for an appetizer before the meal. Received it with the meal. Egg whites were ordered with cheese…but was given a plastic with cheese. Instead, the egg white omelet was made with cheese but wasn’t supposed to be. Never got hot syrup with the pan cakes and French toast… was told the syrup was being heated. Was given a small container with the syrup that wasn’t hot… just a major disappointment and unacceptable
