The pizza we ordered was completely incorrect. We ordered two pizzas, one thin and one hand toss. They gave us both thin pizzas. The pizzas were extremely tough and had barely any meat on. I called them on the phone to tell them our order was not correct and I was told that the order was and I was placed on hold for at least 15 minutes and they never answered.I would definitely not recommend.

We order from this Marco’s most times we decide to have a pizza night. The deals are usually a great bargain and the delivery is always within the estimated time they show online and the pizza tracker is very accurate.

Young girl working behind the counter was eating cinnasquares with her hands and mouth was so full that she couldn’t even greet me. Manager was lounging in the dinning room reading a paper. The pizza bowl I ordered is 1/2 the size this time and no longer have lids. Moving forward I will take my business elsewhere! What a shame!SMH

Ordered 2 hrs, only to find out that there is no driver available. I was told to pickup and I will get a discount, when I got there the person in charged said that there is no discount. I think this is un acceptable. I left it and walk out.

Every time I give them a chance, it’s aways a let down. Tonight’s order was no different. Wings can over cooked and very salty, the new 3x pepperoni magnificent pizza was a joke. Skimpy toppings, little cheese. Was made like a $5 Little Ceaser pizza. Will not be returning wasting my hard earned money!

HORRIBLE experience!!! I arrived to Marco pizza following Kumon with my 5 year old son at 4:10pm 11/14/25. At The Counter was a large african american male in a “wife beater” hair exposed on his chest and under arms. YUCK! Marcos pizza, why are you allowing this??. On top of this lack if clothing, the gentleman around the age of 50 was rude! He could not find my order even though it was the only pizza on the shelf and in his frustration he verbal lashed out at me. As i walked out the door this man was still verbally aggressive while I had a 5 year old with me. Wow! Marco pizza, why has your service fell this low? Please address and watch the film

Going on an hour past estimated delivery time. I live 1.8 miles away. I’ve called twice. Just keep getting told “we are busy” and “your pizza has been out for delivery for a while” and “the driver has 6 other orders with him as well”. Not expecting anything good from my pizza that has been in a car for an HOUR. INSANE.
