To the stains Andrews ihop!! I want to say to that my service waitress Erica was the one for me. I want to thank her so much for going the extra mile and making my to others a silly over the top and weird request possible ❤️I hope she didn’t get in trouble but she was very sweet and when I asked for this request and was sure it couldn’t happen…but when she came back with my order filled and delivered with professional and right and hot and ready. Yessss that’s customer service baby . Had the others guest asking for the same way I had to say naw this was a 1 time order your have to do it yourself. 12.99 for the Cali turkey melt. It was horrible! Had a weird taste, and where’s the turkey?! The manger here actually allows sub standard food out the door? I’ll never go back! And this is the reason I rarely get takeout food anymore. It was disgusting. Between my husbands order and mine, 28.58 for substandard food. NEVER AGAIN!

My visit was on January 10th 10:30 am, and from the very beginning. I was greeted with professionalism by my server Jasmine. She was attentive, friendly and pleasant. My order was cooked to speck, and everything was hot and delicious. What impressed me the most was the diversity in the staff . Every individual that I observed was hustling to take care of the costumer. I was fortunate to meet the hiring manager Jalen. I expressed to her how representation matters when spending yoor money with a business. I expressed how much I enjoyed my dinning experience. This Ihop is doing things right from service to the food. I will definitely be back !

This time round, it was a pleasant experience, nice waiters/waitresses, less crowded, well prepared food. I ordered the new avocado bacon burger; it tasted wonderful, the meat was medium well, juicy, and it melted in your mouth. Would have loved to have another, i also ordered the onion rings, but those were a little cold.

IHOP on Saint Andrew’s Road did not hit the Mark! This time around it was an awful experience. The fajita omelette only had chicken and eggs, no fajitas. The waitress took the omelette and the manager brings the same omelette back and offers to cook some fajitas to add to same plate. I explained that he talked over the plate along with the waitress walking around with the same plate. Very disappointed with the manager as well. Since the price of everything has increased, service and food should be much better.The eggs taste like the came from out of a box and cost $4.80, just not worth it! Why is it so hard to find a good place to eat!

Had the omelette combo and waffles for breakfast here recently. The omelette was decent but the waffles and pancakes tasted like the were made from a pre made dough. Lacked in flavor. I wouldn’t have food in an IHOP restaurant again.

Food came out before appetizer. Waitress wasn’t busy but still seemed to forget our refills and requests. Brought our check before we were able to order milkshakes so she had redo it and didn’t seem happy. Milkshakes were basically milk with little to no ice cream at all. Disappointing.

If you don’t speak Spanish don’t eat here they will get your food wrong then Argue that they cooked it right debating with you at the table!!! The worst service I have gotten in a long time at ihop but it is the first time visiting the St. Andrew’s Loaction!!! Loud Spanish music and cooks yelling/ singing loudly! It’s a festival not a restaurant!!! I expressed this to management and the waitress argued with me again in front of management where they had to tell HOPE to walk away!!! She should have been terminated for arguing / rasing her voice with a customer interrupting the manager dealing with the customer! You can tell her husband ain’t a happy man at home!!!

I used to order from them at least about times of month Friday. I put in order to go and I wasn’t satisfied with it. The hamburger was cooked too hard. So I addressed that issue with the manager and he was in a nasty funky mood and told me you don’t like there’s nothing he could do about it. Basically and I told him how much I paid for the eyes of them. And I said I’m just gonna throw that food away. Well, you have to bring in a receipt or bring the food back in and let me see what really okay. Well, then we won’t get my business anymore. Now. I was running errands, got hungry So I had ordered a breakfast sensing your breakfast and they’re always pretty crowded in the parking. Tends to get dangerous so since the pick up. Parking was taken and the handicap parking was taken. I just temporarily part where the trash slot was cause. It was only gonna be minutes before. I ran and get the food when the owner comes out. The same guy I had talked to on the phone oh, you can’t park there because my trash man is coming. Really? They aint here right now and I doubt if they’re gonna come within the next few minutes. So, you know what I did is? I canceled the to go breakfast and I also will not ever go back there again. Because he’s having a bad day. He’s in his feelings. But don’t take it out on me. So I’ll keep my little money in my pocket. And I could always go elsewhere if I wanna eat out breakfast. There’s all other kind of choices. But he was being a very nasty person that day and he knows me.I’m saying his face more than I care too when I go in there to pick up my food

Food was great. Didn’t take long for it to get to the table. It was my wife’s bday and they gave her a stack of silver dollar pancakes with chocolate syrup & sprinkles on them. Like a bday cake!
