Called and they said no wait. Got there 10 minutes later and there was a party of 30 people ahead of us. Waited 30 minutes and we had not moved up the wait list line. Took a quick trip to the restroom only to find empty tables EVERYWHERE. It’s a chain so you all know what the food tastes like. That leaves only cleanliness, service, prices and atmosphere. All those are zero in my book.l at this garden. Finally walked out after 45 minutes. 🙁 moved on to cheddars… had as bad of an experience. GET IT TOGETHER JONESBORO!

Visited this popular Italian restaurant chain in Jonesboro for lunch. Is it authentic Italian that you would get at a more high-end restaurant, obviously not but it is not bad for a chain restaurant. I always get the spaghetti with meat sauce and some type of meat like Italian sausage or grilled chicken with my meal. My kids enjoy eating here too as they have a variety of things that they will eat. They’re one of the restaurants in town with a liquor license so you can enjoy alcoholic drinks like wine with your meal. Honestly, not a bad spot.

It was a average experience. Restaurant was clean, food was good. Server is what made the experience average. Slow refills,.slow to get bread sticks. In my opinion if you have to wave your Server down for a refill they are not on top of service. A good service is on top of everything without being annoying. I would agree it’s a talent to be a high level Server. Repenting, the food was good, but your server makes or breaks your experience. Good servers are next to impossible to get since the pandemic.

I went there with my family, 5 of us. Jenni was our server and she is amazing! I ordered the 5 filled shells with grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was cut the wrong way…so the texture was horrible and i was unable to eat or cut it.. Other than that, everything else was as ordered and expected.

Our food was very good. Have to be honest on the atmosphere though. It was a little tense. Our server was busting his behind waiting multiple tables and dealing with a customer who seemed a bit demanding. “It’s my birthday” she said repeatedly for all to hear. He was really doing everything he could for everyone. Another server comes into his area, makes some snarky comments and says she is going to be serving his new table since he can’t find the time to wait on them. Really was unnecessary.

I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. Once I got my order, my food was cold. Once it was mentioned the waitress offered to take the meal off, I didn’t hear the question, so I said it was fine. Once I understood, my husband asked her when we got our check and she acted super annoyed and said she would ask the manger and proceeded to walk away and rolled her eyes. The manger proceeded to come to our table and very LOUDLY tell me that next time I needed to ask them to send it back so they could make me a fresh one. I don’t appreciate being told what to do when I’m the customer and the customer is always right. Then she proceeded to discount it, but not take the entire meal off. Then the waitress came over and snatched the plate from in front of me very rudely without saying a word. I won’t be coming back for a long time, if ever. Customer service is very important to me, and I shouldn’t have to pay for a cold meal. It wasn’t my fault they served me a cold dish.

Normally we have a decent experience here but not last night. We had a reservation for 6 people. We got there at 5:40 and were told the other half of our party would have to be there before they would seat us. That’s their rules so ok. When the other four showed up I expected them to seat us. The hostess said they would “have to get our table ready”. When I said to someone in my group “shouldn’t they have that done already?” The hostess decided to let me know her thought on my comment. She was snippy but I think her terminology was wrong. Every time she sat another party she glared at me. I ignored her the first time but I gave her back the same energy the next time. So that put me in a sour mood I’ll admit. Then the silverware was nasty. Chunks of food still on the fork. The water tasted like soap. Either clean the ice maker or get a filter for the water. 5 of our party ordered salad with their meal and the waiter brought 1 bowl of salad. That wasn’t enough for everyone to get a salad the 1st time. He did bring more but really should have brought 2 to begin with. This was just my experience last night. Just an all round ehh experience. I’ve been before when it was a pleasurable experience but last night-nope.

Waitress Destiny was wonderful. Ate 2 bowls of soup, skipped my lunch – or it in to go box, and ate this delicious dessert! Nice relaxing atmosphere!

It was good! After church my dad, siblings and I went to Olive Garden to eat. They were nice and all that , but they took long. I get it there busy and all that but we almost left cause how long it took. I get it how they took there time and all that cause they’re busy workers. Also Olive Garden is my favorite place to eat!
