This location is rather a hit or miss. When it’s good it’s great and when it’s not well it’s not. I do have to say my visit on 8/10/23 was exceptionally great. Despite only one server for the entire restaurant(Antoinette) at 830/9am) took great care of everyone. Despite her having at least 7 tables . There wasn’t a time I waited on items/refills. Food came out exactly how it was ordered & was hot. If every visit was like that we’d come back more often! Great job to this great server !

Went in about 7:00pm on 8/28/23 we were the only customers in there. Waiter was nice. Took 20 minutes to get food. Forgot salad dressing, two table spoons of gravey in a paper container. Suppose to get garlic toast. Said they didn’t have any. They said they would get me a piece of toast?!!. All in all a pitiful place to dine. Other wait staff clowning around an being so loud you could hear them anywhere in the diner. I will not be back.

This was the best experience I ever had at IHOP we had a waitress from heaven I can’t remember her name but she was a small older black lady with glasses probably the oldest one there she was so perfect made sure our food was perfect she even gave us water with our drinks she cleaned our silverware she was just awesome our food was ok but her attitude made it taste better when I go back again I will make sure she is working ……they need to give her a manager position

So we just went up to ihop was sirting there for about 10ins waiting to be seated even though they weren’t busy. Had 2 people come in after us and they got sat and had their order taken before we even had the server come to the table for us. Then we get our food me and buhda get the same thing and it was just terrible buhda ate a little off his and almost threw up I didn’t even touch mine at all. But this is how it looked

First off had to eat with plastic ware. Second we waited to get a server, third served warm ice tea. Fourth waited too long for our food. Our came to our table 3 times to apologize for the delay. Found it odd that other people received service faster than us. Fifth our food was not hot, warm. Sixth had to wait again to pay our bill. Plus paid a $38.00 ticket with $100 bill. When she finally brought me my change, I ended with 2 $20s, 2 $10s and 2$ones. So I could wait for her to change a $10, or leave her $2 tip or $10 because we’re already late. Yep she got a $10 tip, my mistake for not having smaller bills not because pleased with IHOP. Asked why we had to eat with plasticeware

It took us a while to get our food but there were only 2 employees working, Alex and Neicey. They did the best they could and provided good customer service! The restaurant should really look out for them – they are good employees and get them some assistance! They worked hard.

Good breakfast. Large portion of hash browns. The blueberry pancakes were a little overdone but still edible. The waitress was very kind and busy as can be. Love the endless coffee. Constantly cleaning the tables.

This place is never good, at best, it’s okay. That’s all I can expect when I go here is for it to be okay. Nobody comes to the door until there’s a line of people, your order will most likely come out wrong and have to be sent back at least once. It’s a 50/50 chance even if you have a good server, the cooks probably aren’t that good at reading checks or either your server isn’t that good at sending checks back. I still come here because I worked here from the ages of 18-22 but it’s on a steady decline. Food is just okay. That’s all I can say about this restaurant is that it is okay.
