I don’t eat here but my child does. Everytime I bring her her large fries are NEVER full in the container. Her fries are NEVER FRESH AND HOT. More like old and sitting under the heat lamp at least a hour. Half the times I’m sitting in the drive thru at leat 10-20 minutes. Can we please be given fresh fries???

I messed up by not checking my bag before I left the establishment. I ordered breakfast for my family and only received half of my order. We realized once we were home already and my children had opened some of it so there was no point in driving all the way back but it’s just very frustrating when prices go up you expect your whole meal that was paid for. I ordered pancakes did not get any jelly or syrup either. The whole breakfast was a waste of money. Feels like I was scammed for how expensive it has gotten.

Are you freaking kidding me? The label literally says extra mayonnaise (what I ordered), and they handed me this stale a$$ chicken sandwich with NOTHING ON IT!! And my bread is BURNT!! We waited almost 30 minutes for THIS!?!? And don’t get me started on the fries they were cold, stiff, and almost orange colored from sitting out so long ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ i am more than disappointed. Everything I ordered ended up being inedible. Which is insane cause I am PAYING FOR THIS FOOD!! And yall want $15 an hour, yeah freaking right

This Nellis and Bonanza location has ALWAYS messed up our order. I have ordered through Uber Eats and 9 times out of 10 they ALWAYS give my food away to another driver and when my delivery driver asks them to remake it so they can actually deliver it to me, they refuse. They are BY FAR the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to and I’ve been to A LOT. Someone needs to do something about the crew/management there because they are absolutely INCOMPETENT and they want minimum wage to be raised to $15/hour? They aren’t worth $2/hour. This is the worst location. Stay FAR FAR away!

The Manager on Duty was rude, cold, and dismissive, I was trying to ask for my receipt from the kiosk and instead of hearing me out, she had cut me off. Not only that, my fries weren’t full. I don’t like being disrespected at all, and I left unsatisfied and angry.

What can I say, ITS MCDONALD’S! And when it’s good, it’s great! I had a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese and some fries. Man oh man, I tell you it was fresh, juicy and super tasty. We did a drive through run and the staff was very nice. We had to pull up to wait about 4 minutes for my order but it was for quality control. They made my fresh never frozen Quarter Pounder just for me! And that’s how I like it. I don’t mind the wait at such a time. It was about 8pm so I like the fact that they didn’t keep stale burgers sitting under a hot lamp. Fries were fresh and staff was just really nice. Great experience at McDonald’s for sure. It’s been a favorite of mine since I was little and almost never disappoints me. There’s times you can tell the food just sat there and this wasn’t the case at this location. And our bill was 15 bucks. Can’t beat that! Thank you for the amazing burger!

This place is a scam! I placed a mobile order at 1:30am and once I get here, nobody is even here! I thought this place was 24 hours but I guess not! Now I have to figure out how to get my money back! Also the intercom was still on for you to take your order! No one was there! If you want your money stolen from you, come by here because they scam very well!
