Usually the people are nice, but this visit wasn’t as usual. The host looked like a supervisor/manager. He wasn’t very friendly and was just sitting people without a warm greeting or being appreciative that we came to the restaurant. It looked & felt like he was herding cattle more than welcoming us. They weren’t busy either.

Very annoyed at the host who gave attitude because the 5 of us all adults didn’t wish to be crammed into a small booth or a 4 top with a chair at the end we waited for 20 minutes in a non busy restaurant. Then the host tried to sell us on the taco waffles my husband kept saying no but he kept pushing it until we finally just ignored him. Service was okay we tipped better than we should have but I just say the food was good.

Most of the employees were very nice. The manager, Chris, was awful. He was the host for the night and didn’t even greet us when we came in. He walked away from us talked to someone and came back a few minutes later. After he seated us he just glared at people. When he brought our food out he tried correcting us on our orders saying we were wrong. Chris had a nasty attitude the whole time and definitely wasn’t very friendly. Other than that the food was good and our waiter was so friendly.

Waitress in Bridgeport, WV went above and beyond from her attitude to customer service. She was the only ever to make half and half coffee convenient for my mom. She was friendly and quick to clear empty plates and refilled drinks before we even thought they were getting low. Super friendly and quick to help out when asked to add food or drinks.

The restaurant was not crowded, at 8am. There seemed to be a plethora of staff, although it took longer than usual for someone to take our order. We waited 40 minutes…still no food. I finally found our waitress, who said she would check on our order. When we received our order, the food was less than lukewarm. Cool, over easy eggs are not very good.

Our server was great but honestly the food wasn’t very good at all. And it took a good long time to get it. Server was very pleasant & made sure we got everything we needed. I paid of $50 for the bill & the food tasted like a $10 meal. I know they are very short staffed so ik that makes it very hard to please everyone. Hope your food gets better bc my stomach is not happy with me right now blah belly cramps yuck

My omelette came out fairly cold and they were out of orange juice. My client ordered a BLT and the bacon was very hard and she is elderly. I have definitely had better experiences here at prior visits. The manager only accommodated me 10% on my bill.

We have always had a good experience and good food at the restaurant except for today! Our waitress was absolutely terrible, she didn’t hardly talk to us, very slow, got our order wrong not to mention we were her only table out of maybe 8 total tables full of people. She never came back to check on us. She brought our food and no silverware. Then when she brought our change back from our check she said she didn’t have the extra change she owed us. Like what? Service was terrible and you didn’t give us all our change?
