The waiter was very nice and did his best to keep our coffee full. However, the food took about an hour to come out after ordering. Their avocado was hard and unripe and not fresh and was about 3 slices, for a $3 upcharge. The strawberries were frozen, to the point of biting into ice. The food was mid to low tier overall. That in combination with a very long wait and a meal for 2 people ~$50, this just isn’t worth it.
TLDR; food took forever and wasn’t good. Waiter was nice.

We came in this IHop with 10 of our church members. The wait time was about 2 minutes. Our waitress was great! The food was delicious I got the Colorado omelet . Our table had absolutely no complaints! Will definitely return!

We were a big group and a man I want to say Brian was our server all alone! He was great but I think the manager could of helped assist him more. He was running all over the place. He forgot a few things of mine but I didn’t say anything because I felt bad and I didn’t get a refill on my drink but once and that was at the end of my meal. I felt like he hid once everyone was eating lol but the food quality was good I would try this place again

I ordered pancakes and sausage on DoorDash. After about an hour of waiting, my DoorDasher said the food was still not ready so I called the restaurant. I respectfully gave my name and informed them I’d placed an order on DoorDash over an hour ago, however, my driver had been told to still wait as it wasn’t ready. Before I could finish my sentence, the lady on the phone said, “calm down, ma’am. It’s busy today. We have thousands of people in here and some of these pick up orders are taking 2 hours.” I informed her I was not worked up, therefore there was no reason to tell me to calm down. I was simply calling explaining the matter to ask if there’s a way to cancel my order. She put someone else on the phone to let me know I’d have to cancel in the app. I’m giving a poor review due to the first employee cutting me off and telling me to “calm down” when I was not rude or elevated when calling. I was merely explaining the situation to see if I could cancel. I am also giving the rating due to how long it took to make pancakes.

This was one of the most unwelcoming dining experiences I’ve had, especially at an IHOP where you expect friendly, casual service.
Our waiter approached the table and abruptly said, “Orange juice, coffee, or water,” without making eye contact and with a clearly irritated tone. There was no greeting, no introduction — just attitude.
We ordered two drinks. When he returned, he set them down without saying a single word. We both said “thank you,” and he didn’t acknowledge us at all. No response, no eye contact, nothing.
Basic courtesy is the bare minimum in hospitality. We felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome by the dismissive service that we chose to leave. That’s not the experience anyone should have when going out for a simple meal.

Took my daughter here for lunch during spring break! When we arrived, the first booth had lots of privacy but was dirty, and we were placed at another in between two groups of people. That was a bummer, but I was with my daughter and didn’t want to make a deal of it! Regardless, the waitress was really nice! She was very accommodating and friendly, which made our experience a little happier! When the server brought our order out, part of it was wrong, but the waitress quickly corrected the problem! The food was pretty good! Better than I expected actually! Overall, I would eat here again just off of our interaction with the waitress who was willing to get us taken care of, with a smile and a good sense of humor!

First time visiting this location and did not disappoint. We were seated within the minute once we walked in and had our server minutes later. Wait time was less than 20 after our food was ordered. The food was delicious and and on point. Our server was a young lady named Asia, and she was nice constantly made sure she was good. My only gripe, from a supervisor standpoint, was that was a considerable amount of shop talk on the floor conserving hours and things of that nature. Should be had off the floor, considering not too many people would be happy with told they have too many hours and they need to go home lol.

Great place for waffles, omelets and onion rings! We ordered the cheesecake flavored waffle and it was delicious. Great to see new such items in the menu!
