Took my daughter here for lunch during spring break! When we arrived, the first booth had lots of privacy but was dirty, and we were placed at another in between two groups of people. That was a bummer, but I was with my daughter and didn’t want to make a deal of it! Regardless, the waitress was really nice! She was very accommodating and friendly, which made our experience a little happier! When the server brought our order out, part of it was wrong, but the waitress quickly corrected the problem! The food was pretty good! Better than I expected actually! Overall, I would eat here again just off of our interaction with the waitress who was willing to get us taken care of, with a smile and a good sense of humor!

I had stated that I wanted to go outside to sit, and there were no waiters available, so we were going to take our food to go, then the manager was kind enough to find our waitress Willow, who was able to serve us outside, which made us feel so special, despite the fact that she had multiple tables inside to serve. Our server was so kind and bubbly, our food was absolutely delicious, it came out fresh and hot despite being told, we were going to wait 15 minutes for food and got it and less than that. Will definitely be returning for a great experience again!

Everyone was Welcoming, the food was amazing and our server was very patient we took the entire family which was 6 of us all together. The booths were spacious and kid friendly And everyone left with a smile.the price was great as well. This will be one of our go to restaurants

First time visiting this location and did not disappoint. We were seated within the minute once we walked in and had our server minutes later. Wait time was less than 20 after our food was ordered. The food was delicious and and on point. Our server was a young lady named Asia, and she was nice constantly made sure she was good. My only gripe, from a supervisor standpoint, was that was a considerable amount of shop talk on the floor conserving hours and things of that nature. Should be had off the floor, considering not too many people would be happy with told they have too many hours and they need to go home lol.

Everyone from the manager to kitchen staff and our server was very pleasant. Was seated immediately. The restaurant was very clean and appealing. My gluten-free needs and requests were met with no issues. Finally, a cook that knows how to cook crispy turkey bacon. Our server (female) was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Went here with my friends an hour and a half before closing. They took 10 minutes to come out and greet us, no one was in the building at all besides a mom and a child. They gave us a table and not the mom and child which was rude. They gave us our menu and kept rushing us to tell them what we wanted, then they had to come out and say the chef was gone so if we wanted specific food they’d have to call the chef to come back which they didn’t want to do. When they went in the kitchen again we ran out because we couldn’t deal with the bad service.

The staff were kind, and that was the only reason for two stars. Sat down at 10:45, didn’t get so much as a coffee for at least 20 minutes. My food was finally ready at 12:00pm and was missing half of my order. Staff were kind enough to give a discount, but unfortunately they could not travel back in time and warn me not to visit. I really don’t suggest visiting this location in any circumstances.

DO NOT COME HERE. This was quite literally the worst restaurant experience I have ever endured. Our server immediately spoke to us as if we had inconvenienced him by dining in. There were only two other tables in the whole restaurant that had people sitting there. So you can imagine my surprise and frustration when all four of the meals we ordered came out completely wrong or missing the majority of the meal. Not to mention our appetizer came out AFTER our meals did. We brought to our servers attention that everything was wrong and that we never got our appetizer to which he provided us with very obvious lies as excuses. I was a server for years, so I understand the kitchen making a few mistakes when it’s really busy, but this was just not the case at all. We waited and waited for the rest of our food to come out and it never did. After 20+ minutes of waiting, the server yelled across the room to say that the kitchen is crazy and he’s working on it. Very doubtful. Although the kitchen did have a bunch of people just yelling and blasting music as loud as possible, walking in and out to do nothing at all. When he mentioned that, we just asked for the check and to have him adjust it for all of the food that we never got. Several minutes later the manager came up to our table and said, “you asked to see me?” as annoyed as possible. We didn’t ask, but now that she was there we told her everything that was wrong. Our server handed us the check during that and we saw that he had put every single meal in completely wrong. I have no idea how he messed up so badly on entering in the food when we ordered the most basic and common meals. The manager never apologized and was super rude throughout our entire interaction. She ended up taking 50% off our total which was appreciated, but still no apology or explanation. This was our second horrible visit there and we won’t be returning.

The best IHOP restaurant in Richmond!! Our waitress was bombarded with customers and was still able to keep checking on us. The other IHOP restaurants in Richmond are put to shame compared to this one. Clean, good atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. Loved it. Also, thank you, IHOP, for bringing back eggs benedict! My favorite breakfast dish. Not many restaurants have this dish.

We recently went to the iHop on Willow Lawn for a post church brunch and we had Willow as our server! She was very helpful, informed about the menu, and sweet as can be! A lovely person inside and out! I had the sirloin tips and eggs and it was delicious – I cleaned my plate. Everything else was great, too!
