Strike three you’re out. To start off waitress name Sierra instructed us , the only part of the diner was open it was the part by the bathroom and we couldn’t set anywhere else and that she didn’t know how long it would be before we were going to be able to be seated, even though there was less than 10 people in the restaurant bad bad service eventually we got a seat. A manager seated us .I ordered the Chicken special with the fried chicken bacon Etc my husband ordered a breakfast and again strike to you’re out I get a chicken sandwich first one I got was burnt the second one I got it had raw chicken on the inside and was supposed to be in the outside why returns it but this is the third time I’ve been in there and the waitresses are really really terrible. And as I was leaving a couple of the head just came in was going back out and young lady ran out to find out why there was even they were not satisfied at all so and before that complications of someone in the diner the police had to be called because someone was calling someone else a n***** and I guess the customers didn’t take too kindly of that but as far as I mean something should be done about the the food the cook and this young lady named Sierra I don’t know what her personality just changes with the outcome of the customer but it should be that way everyone should be treated equally I am just so disgusted and this is my third time coming in there and I am so unsatisfied and I probably won’t be coming back in there until next year maybe go updated but every time you come in here you got to sit where they want you to sit and it’s not organized and the waitresses the females are there they’re disgusting I mean they’re really disgusting. And you know it’s a shame because I really like IHOP the food is normally good from up New York but I know it’s supposed to be the closer you get to the South the better the food supposed to be but that’s not true that’s not true at all maybe it’s this just this one place but I would have been better off going to Burger King or McDonald’s. But if you look closely at the pictures that I took you can see that the chicken is not done inside and you can get sick from that and I think there’s a name for is called salamanders it comes from poultry not being cooked and it wasn’t cooked inside and the outside was burnt it wasn’t Brown it wasn’t too Brown it was burnt.

Best breakfast chain!! Super heavy portion sizes!! We tried the appetizer combo having onion rings, fried chicken and mozzarella sticks!! Also tried the chicken fajita omlette with hash browns and classic and cinnamon pancakes!! The unlimited refills for drinks are amazing. For drinks we tried the iced coffee and raspberry lemonade!! The waitresses gave good suggestions and great service!!!

At first the wait to be seated was 5-10 minutes, we then ordered our drinks and food then continued to wait AN HOUR. The waitress did tell us that it’s busy with all the doordash orders but an hour? Our waitress was all around nice but she was serving three parties at once. A guy had sat down right across from me and my family for about 15 minutes and had gotten his food, drink, and napkins and everything so much quicker. While the other family across from us had also waited about 45 minutes for their stuff.

This is one of those situations where everyone around us got their food first… we felt ignored as the waitress didnt come back for a coffee refill or to bring the ice I initially asked for. Food eventually came out, and was good. The waitress was nowhere to be found. She came back right before we were finished, to drop the check. Won’t be back to this location, but the food is usually good.

Visited IHOP New Castle. It was after the noon rush and it was quiet! Kyeith was our server and he was very attentive to us! Our meal was delicious and served in a very timely manner! Keep up the excellent service IHOP New Castle!
