I had a great experience at Pollo Tropical. The food was flavorful and freshly cooked, especially the grilled chicken and sides. The place was clean and well organized, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a good spot for a quick meal that still tastes fresh, and I’d definitely eat here again.

Over 30 minutes between order placed and it being ready. If online ordering isn’t a possibility, they should just turn it off. Order placed at 1220, told it would be ready at 1240, arrived at 1245, walked out with order at 1310. All while the drive thru and counter are moving.
If this location cannot support the service, just turn it off and let us know it’s only able to take counter orders.

I’ve been coming to this Pollo Tropical location for sometime now. While the food flavor is consistent with all of the other locations, somehow there are selections never available.
While it shouldn’t be much of an issue… if you ever order a drink, you are only provided and forced to buy the largest cup option. I feel as if management has strategically placed this option because smaller cups are never available.
Its frustrating I have to buy a larger drink to toss most of the soda out because I’m not a big drinker but there are absolutely no other options.. this has been long long happening.
There are menu options unavailable at times but I’ll understand things run out.
Come on team pollo tropical, order your inventory accordingly and offer what all other locations honor!

I did an online order directly through this Pollo Tropical store and they did not give me one of the kids meals I ordered, no plantains, no yucca, and absolutely ZERO sauce for any of my food. This was about $15 of food I did not receive. (Order #927524). On top of that, there is no actual # to call. The number listed on the website and the order receipt is an automated number where you get directed to download their app and register to their loyalty program. But no actual person to talk to about the missing food. Absolutely horrible service and dry food with no sauce.
UPDATE: I already reached out Pollo Tropical’s customer service before this generic response below. Just so everyone is warned, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK if there is an issue with your order. Instead, Pollo Tropical will credit the money to you in their rewards program so you have to go to the store again and purchase food. Which, seeing as I do not typically live near one of their stores, is double insult to injury.

I’ve always had great customer service here, but tonight was a letdown. The drive-thru lady seemed unsure of herself. As a regular customer, I was surprised when the girl with long black hair was unhelpful, claiming they were out of food. I managed to get the last crispy chicken over rice and asked for sauce, which she gave me reluctantly. In my experience, the young guy who usually works here is way more helpful.

This place is amazing! The food is delicious, but what really keeps us coming back is the staff. The people here are so kind and they go out of their way to make our life a little easier. We have two kids and it can get crazy getting everyone seated and fed- the sweet ladies behind the counter are always ready to grab an extra spoon or cup if one goes flying. This is the only pollo we will be going to.

I’m so upset with my Pollo experience these last few months. I love pollo so much, but this location is such a disappointment. They put 5 tomatoes, my double chicken looks like single chicken, and there was NO cheese when I asked for some and it’s been like this for months now.

The white rice and black beans complemented the meal perfectly. I also have a young child who loves the food from this place, and since my work is nearby, it’s a spot I visit often. In the past, I wrote a negative review due to a bad experience, but now I can confidently say that the quality has improved significantly. I’ll definitely be returning and recommend it to everyone!”
