Amazing place for exceptional bread and coffee offerings. We love to find unique coffee places in our travels and Ihatov did not disappoint. While we couldn’t try all of the delicious bread offerings we can recommend the scones along with the ham and cheese croissants. The staff was friendly and the seating was cozy and plentiful both inside and outside. Would highly recommend making this spot a daily routine.

Fantastic bakery serving a variety of beautiful worldwide breads, pastries and excellent coffee served in adorable coffee cups. Popular hotspot where the croissant and pastry varieties sell out quickly. Grab what you’d like early as they will not be restocked. A handful of interior tables along with window bar seating and an outdoor patio. Parking lot and street parking available for convenience. Friendly staff and lively atmosphere filled with life’s chatter.

Nice selection of freshly made sourdough breads, sweet and savory pastries, including holiday stollen and challah perfect for Christmas. They do slice bread when asked which is a plus. Excellent espresso drinks. Cafe has indoor and outdoor sitting areas, though waiting area can get crowded quickly. Easy to park in adjacent parking lot or street parking.

This place is spectacular…… the service was great—attentive and helpful. The ambiance is wonderful—great seating inside and outside…. a fire place to boot. Even being on more of major road it never felt loud. Great in-house dishes if you choose to stay. The facility is very clean and well put together. And the smell of the fresh baked goods is permeating throughout!
Now the pastries….. oh my god!!!!!!! The texture, the flavor, the selection. Magnificent! Great mix of sweet and savory to choose from. I got this peach thing—it’s was crisp and flakey, buttery texture to your lips, burst of fresh peach…absolutely magnificent. If I lived locally, I would be here allllll the time! 10/10

Cool atmosphere with fresh baked goods. The bacon and spinach quiche was good but not super flavorful. The almond croissant was delicious! The mint chamomile lemon tea was good and coffee was average. Cute place for a quick pastry, indoor and outdoor seating

Been here many times, everytime I have gone, the staff are friendly and it’s a seamless transaction, great if you want to grab and go. Also, I have sat down and done work and it’s a very calming atmosphere. Love it! Recommend ✅

Wow!!! Quality bread & pastries!!! Good coffee too!

Croissantes tastier than those we’ve had in Paris & Rome.
My 10 yo wanted more to take with.
Friendly staff, I got bread to take back to Illinois.
This place is a must-visit !

Very nice patio space!

Too bad we couldn’t try their sandwiches because they start at 11…next time!!!

Ihatov (ee-hah-tov) is a decent place to drop by and have your coffee, pastries and breads.

We walked in at about 11am on a Thursday morning while passing through Albuquerque. It seemed that most of the pastries were already sold out and they were very busy baking more.

Still, we bought the last of the what was left, and they were good: almond croissant, pain-au-chocolat, ham & cheese croissant, cheddar & green chile croissant, and a tomato & basil quiche. We also had an almond milk latte and a matcha latte.

I threw away the quiche’s burned crust. Despite this, it was good, the tomato made it delicately sweet. The cheddar & green chile croissant was a winner. My wife found the almond croissant a bit dry but still good. The drinks were well-made.

You can plop down with your treats and pick a read from the book cases. There’s a decent amount of indoor seating, perhaps a bit squished, but copious amounts of seating on the outdoor patio. Prices were reasonable, however the service was neutral. Not mean, but not terribly friendly either.

This place was somewhere between “just ok” and “good”. I might drop by again and order something else to improve my opinion. As for yourself, I would say, feel free to pop in and see if it’s for you.

I’ve been in the search for a good cup of cappuccino. I found this cappuccino to be bitter, this is common in a lot of coffee shops in America. The cup of coffee was really small and wasn’t filled up. I had to add a lot of sugar to get rid of the bitter taste. As for their bakery, this is the best in the area. I liked their French croissant, it was nice and flakey. Their baked breads have a high quality taste. I noticed employees were putting the bakery items away 20 minutes away before closing. The employees were keeping and sharing the pastries among themselves, when customers came in they said “sorry we’re out” even though I saw they had enough but didn’t want to sell them. The inside of the shop is cute. Paid $18 for 2 small coffees and 2 croissants.

Amazing quality and friendly service!! Didn’t even get pictures of the food because it was devoured too quickly. Limited seating inside, but during the warmer months they have a lovely patio to enjoy the weather. Very traditional and limited coffee options, but after tasting the croissants and butter biscuits, the baked goods are all you need to buy here.
