Social Profile:

Iggy’s Alive & Cultured is a craft fermentation house focused on local agriculture and community. Iggy’s is known regionally for its acclaimed Honeybrew Kombucha, Beet Kvass, globally-influenced sauerkrauts and pickles, and fermented hot sauces. In 2024, Iggy’s teamed up with the founders of Mossback to open a farm-to-table restaurant in a bright orange food truck at our Kingston location, creatively combining a fine-dining approach to the menu with the accessibility of a food truck, while featuring local farmers, foragers, and purveyors along with Iggy’s ferments.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff truly went above and beyond. I ordered the gyro, and it was fantastic—the homemade pita was soft, and the lamb was cooked to perfection. If you’re in Kingston, definitely don’t miss out on this place.

Wow what a hidden little gem! I’m gluten free so I had the falafel minus the pita, and added their ginger mayo, which was lovely. Everything was crafted with love and attention to detail – the spices flavorful and balanced out. I don’t normally really enjoy tzatziki but this one was nice, the best I’ve ever had – you could taste the fresh and clean ingredients, the herbs in it – no artificial fillers.

I also got their original kvass: delicious! And tried their ginger kombucha, so good and with minimal sweetness. I bought 6 cans to try everything at home, and their garlic sauce and hummus too.

Plus their service is so kind. My new favorite spot in Kingston

This is hands down our favorite eatery in Kingston! Both the regular menu and the ever-changing seasonal picks offer so many delicious options to choose from that we end up coming back for more two, three, or more times a week. And, as if that’s not enough, the food is healthy and the entire staff is top notch. They have a nice shady patio and plenty of parking. And delicious kombucha too.

Wholesome, nutritious, delicious food that nourishes and satisfies the soul. John and Dashka are both incredibly welcoming and friendly and are superb hosts. Their location next to the ferry terminal is perfect, and they have tables and chairs which make it ideal to enjoy their menu on sunny days. This is one of our favorite stops when we come through Kingston. They don’t accept tips, but they do suggest several charities and good causes you can donate to. This is one of our favorite stops.

What an absolute gem of a food truck! Just off of the Kingston Ferry. recommend the Kimchi Waffle Fries (the dipping sauce is so addicting) & Ukrainian Dumplings- both the beef & mushroom&potato are so delicious. The falafel gyro topped with those homemade fermented veggies was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. Highly recommend!! I am looking forward to visiting again before exploring the Kitsap Peninsula!

The falafel gyro with Adjika Kraut was phenomenal, and I will definitely be coming back for more.
The lemon marionberry cake was moist and refreshing on a hot summer day.

The food is always absolutely incredible. The menu changes often so there’s always really good new stuff to try. I’m glad I don’t live in Kingston because I would eat there constantly. Even then, I’m making the 40 minute drive about every other week to go

Iggy’s has great food and awesome service. The people here are always kind to you. There’s a nice place to hang out that’s under cover with heaters as well when it gets cold.
