Wow what a GREAT PLACE. I can’t believe we live 5 minutes from there and we didn’t know about it. The food was amazing our waitress was great I mean I don’t know what the names of the different types of sushi is I just like it and our waitress new exactly what I wanted when I explained it to her lol. The service is 2nd to none and the flavors were spot on. Can’t wait to go back. Oh and the prices weren’t bad either.

A cute, locally owned restaurant! The food was pretty good and the restaurant was decently empty, I think most people here at the time are regulars. The owners were the ones who provided service and they were friendly!
Food: the crab rangoon were great and the vegetable tempura were decent but were a lighter portion than we expected. All of the sushi were also great! Their food was pretty good but the staff played down how spicy some of the food was.
Give this place a try for a nice local spot!

My wife and I visited Ichiban Sushi Asian Bistro recently and tried a variety of dishes. Here’s our take:
Thai Tea: Refreshing and a good flavor
Crab Rangoon: Crispy, but lacked flavor – very bland. Dipping sauce was flavorful.
Sushi for Two Platter: A mixed bag – some hits, and a lot of misses.
Dinner also included Miso soup and a small garden salad.
Overall, an average dining experience. There are better options in the community.

The hibachi is worst I have ever had. Sushi wasn’t much better. The salmon hibachi has a very thin slice of salmon tail on a plate of 1/2 cooked onions. Rice wasn’t Jasmin it was sticky rice from sushi. One of the steak meals was worse. Tough chewy and disgusting flavor. It was sent back but we were charged for the salad that comes with meal. Cheap….cheap.
Nobody else was in the restaurant last night and now I understand why. Stay clear it’s terrible.

Simple yet elegant Asian Bistro with a variety of countries being represented. Japanese sushi, Thai soups and curries, Chinese style orange chicken…something for everyone. The food was fresh and the sushi rolls have some fun lighting! Yes, you read that right, little blinking lights in the center of the dragon roll. Service was great, they accommodated our large group with seven checks. I got Penang Curry which was tasty and on the mild side. The sushi was fresh.

Amazing lunch!! We ordered Salmon Sashimi with Pork Fried Rice and Volcano Rolls. Everything from service to quality of food was superb! Even tried the Thai Tea and it was equally as amazing. Pleasing atmosphere and plenty of parking to choose from. Can’t wait to go back!

I was today years old when I realized you could order pickup with DoorDash and not just delivery. Tried them because my new favorite sushi spot was closed and doesn’t open till later. Very tasty and fresh. They even added soy sauce, eel sauce and spicy mayo on the side when I forgot to indicate that I would like it on the side when ordering online.

The Ahi sashimi is always fresh and delicious. The gyoza is filling and tasteful. Pour the gyoza sauce over your edamame when you’ve finished. With the right mixture of soy and wasabi and the chef’s creativity on the presentation of the Ahi, I was transported back to my beloved Waikiki beach. Well done everyone at Ichiban, every time I dine here.

The teriyaki chicken had a weird, “off” taste. It was totally bland sliced white chicken on a bed of onions, with a drizzle of teriyaki on top. I told the waitress it didn’t taste good, and she was nice enough to replace it with the panang curry. That was also weird. Barely a few tablespoons of curry sauce under a mound of vegetables. The vegetables themselves were fine, but so, so bland. It was in a flat-bottomed plate, not a bowl. I could barely scratch up a partial spoonful of sauce at a time to taste with the vegetables. I won’t try to eat here again.
