Traveling through our road trip and had a craving for Mexican. We are so happy we stopped here… this place over-delivered our expectations by a long shot!! The service was great alongside the decor, atmosphere, and food.
Highly recommend the “Pina Tropical” and “Fiesta Potato” if you are feeling experimental and unsure what to order.

The best Mexican food anywhere in the area. Visiting family in Bluefield for the second time in 3 months so made a point of eating here again. Variety in the menu. Choice of salsas. Tastes authentic. Delicious They can accommodate small or large groups. The first time we walked in with 10 and it was no problem for them. Friendly staff too!

Amazing food, great prices, friendly workers, quick and attentive! Loved the chips, they were definitely above average. They give you a huge bowl of salsa too. We loved the enchiladas and ACPB. We will most definitely be back after our ski trips to Winterplace.

I ordered from here using Doordash. I got 3 crunchy beef tacos. I’m allergic to dairy. I appreciate that the restaurant let me add comments, so I could say that I can’t have dairy and not to include any on the order. They did great, there was no dairy on anything. They added plenty of lettuce so it wasn’t just a lot of meat, which was nice! The food was good, a little salty for me, but not greasy. The side of rice was nice and fluffy. I didn’t see it listed, but the order came with chips and salsa, which was cool.

Azul Mexican Restaurant in Princeton, WV has become one of our family’s favorite places to eat. Whether our whole family of four goes together or it’s just my husband and me, we always have an amazing experience. The service is tremendous—every employee is incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
The atmosphere at Azul is fun, inviting, and feels truly authentic Mexican. The hand-painted murals inside and the beautifully painted artwork on the benches outside give the whole restaurant a warm personal feel.
The food quality is excellent every single time. The portions are generous, fresh, and full of flavor. My absolute favorite meal is the steak street tacos—they come with hot sauce, but here’s the secret: order a side of guacamole and add a dab of hot sauce AND guacamole to each bite, and it takes the tacos to a whole new level!
My husband usually orders the Molcajete, and it’s packed with so much delicious food that he often has enough to take home for a second meal. Everything from the tortilla chips to the seasoning to the presentation is top-notch.
