The food is good. I liked this place until I noticed something different on my bill. They have started adding their own tips to your bill. It should be gratuity, not tips. Then send you a bill with the tip field open as well. The chefs have been great and entertaining, and I love the atmosphere, but they have definitely lacked presentation in the drink department. No embellishments or trimming aŕound drinks is horrible to me. Place a lemon, lime, orange, or cherry like before. It took a long time to receive the bill, and we were ready to go. I definitely don’t like that, but I will update you when it gets better.

Drinks are nice and strong. Food is hot and good. I’ve rarely made it in for dinner so couldn’t comment on atmosphere as I’m late brunch before 5 or early dinner.

Highly recommend! If you haven’t been here before and you like Hibachi you gotta try it at least once trust me you want be disappointed. The food is delicious friendly atmosphere great place to take the whole family. There is always sitting available we had a party of 22 and they were able to seat all of us. We called benihana first but they could not seat us all and that’s how we ended up here. I’m glad it worked out the way it did because now I’ve found a new favorite place to go for Hibachi that is delicious and affordable. (2 thumbs up)

This was my first time coming here with my dad and family for his birthday dinner. I had the opportunity to compare this to Osaka Steakhouse (where I have been going for 7 years now), and I can honestly say that I love this place. It has a different feeling and vibe from Osaka, and I will be back here soon!

I don’t normally leave a review if I don’t like the food, but I was so disappointed. Anyone considering a visit, think twice. The staff were not friendly. We came to celebrate a child’s birthday, waited from 5:30 they didn’t begin to serve our table until 7:20. However, the wait was not the issue. Our hibachi chef was so rude to the guests. There were some chefs who seemed friendly and interactive. This one actively ignored us and was angry when we asked questions. He ignored every time we mentioned about the birthday girl and kind of ruined the experience for us. The food was okay. For the price you pay you may as well go to benihana and get better service.

If you love disappointment this is the perfect restaurant. Me and my friends used to come here once a month but today was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was sub par and the food was horrendous. I was not given what I ordered. Our cook burnt the food and no one even tried to resolve the issues. The manager instead of resolving the issues explained how she was also frustrated with the poor cook. From management to the poor cooking this place is a waste of money. They have downsized the portions and effort in serving while raising the prices. If you’re reading this trying to decide where to have dinner, please don’t waste your hard earned money here. If this is how they believe customers should be treated, they deserve to lose those customers. Also the bathrooms are filthy and not serviced throughout the shifts.

Made a reservation for 13 people at 6pm. We were promptly seated and our order was taken. The chef came out and had the kids entertained while cooking up the most delicious meal. Which the portions were plentiful. Amazing job can’t wait to dine here again in the future.

First of all, that’s not even the right salad dressing! The chairs were completely filthy! The service was slow, the waiter was a little rude. It was literally only three groups in there, the other two groups had their food. So it was only me and my friend, they still took forever bringing our stuff out. I want to say the worst thing is, they tip themselves! Tips that they aren’t even worthy of! I kid you not, while we were waiting for our waiter to come get the bills, my friend noticed him behind us, sitting in the dark eating. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had a Ichiban. I also got over charged, I paid $41. When I normally spend about $28 – $31. And then the tip, they tip themselves $7.51. Which they didn’t even deserve. I would’ve left five dollars at least. And that’s just my minimum.
