⭐ 1-Star Review for Ice Cream Heaven – A Complete Joke!
What a HUGE waste of time! Came in on the weekend excited to try this place, only to find out they have NOTHING in stock—except for five sad tubes of ice cream! The entire menu was a lie—no lemonade, no slushes (even though it’s plastered all over their board). The employee casually mentioned they won’t restock until next weekend.. Are you kidding me? How is this even a functioning business?
To make it worse, the shop was hot as heck, barely cooler than outside, and there was a weird stale, funky smell lingering around. And the prices? $6 for a basic ice cream cone?! A mile down the road, the same thing costs less than half that. Oh, and their $10 waffle cone is basically the same size—absolute robbery.
Zero preparation, false advertising, ridiculous prices, and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Never coming back. Worst “Ice Cream Heaven” experience imaginable.
The ONLY redeeming thing? The aesthetic pictures*m on the wall and the cute seating—too bad they don’t actually serve what’s advertised or provide a comfortable experience to enjoy them. Pathetic.

I ordered ice cream for my kid at 2:36 pm today. It showed that it’ll be delivered between 3:22 pm—3:37 pm. The delivery then showed delayed and will now arrive between 3:46pm – 4:01pm. I saw that it was a driver arriving at the store around 3:45pm then I get a message at 3:46pm that the store canceled the order because they’re closed. I’m so confused. Now my kid is here crying about her ice cream, my car is in the shop & my husband is at work and of course my $37 will be returned in 3-5 business days!

Drove all the way from Port St. Lucie to come here, only to arrive and find the doors locked and the lights off. The business hours say they close at 2 AM, so this was extremely frustrating. Do better.”

This weekend, I was able to help host a group of youth girls (as mentees) at Ice Cream Heaven. The smiles in this photo say it all. We enjoyed the flavors, but most of all the fellowship. The staff treated us like family and we felt right at home. Thank you for supporting our organization and offering a clean and friendly environment for us to meet.

Very disappointed. Sent my husband to go get sweets and they gave him frozen peach cobbler without a top for the cup and icecream in a to go plate. Mind you he drove 30 minutes just to get there. Never going back. So upsetting.

Ice cream heaven is a local black owned ice cream shop in the city of Miami Gardens. They offer scoops of ice cream, shakes with various toppings and other things like fried Oreos. I can’t wait to try the Knaus Berry farm cinnamon roll paired with the ice cream. The atmosphere is modern and it’s always music playing.
