Came in today and was immediately put off by the service and cleanliness. The employee didn’t speak a single word to me—when I politely asked how his day was, he just pointed at a sign saying they were out of several ingredients. No greeting, no explanation. I tried to look past that and still ordered subs. The bread looked questionable, and he even pulled out his phone in the middle of making the subs. When we got to the vegetables, it was completely unacceptable: brown lettuce, wilted brown spinach, and pickles covered in mayo drippings and residue from other food. It was honestly disgusting.
I asked if there were fresh vegetables in the back and was told no. At that point, I apologized for wasting his time and explained I couldn’t finish the order due to the condition of the food.
This place has serious cleanliness and food safety issues. Someone really should inspect it. I won’t be back.

Nothing says “We don’t want your patronage.” better than having only ONE table in the shop. Not one table available, ONE table period. We didn’t even bother staying to order, so I can’t comment on the food itself. However, if you’re too lazy to set up more than one table for your customers, I don’t care to find out how clean you keep your facility or how fresh you keep your food.

They hired new staff. Unlike my experience 3 months ago I gave this location another chance. I received zero attitudes from the 3 ladies up front and they all had AMAZING customer service !!! The ladies were willing to work and wanted my Sub PERFECTTT. Another thing I like was the teamwork and how excited they were when I walked into the building. The building is clean and everything was fresh. I have been here 2 days back to back getting my favorite sub and I might just come back tomorrow to try a new one.
I start my lunch break around 6 and eat my food in my car one thing I did notice was a lack of customers that could be a reason they close early.

Ever since the other manager quit this place has been a mess. I came in around 9-10 am and witness the new Manager Scooter slice meet on a dirty machine with crusted meat on it you can tell it’s been left on the machine overnight. So I decided I’ll stick to the cold cuts. The boy asked me what cheese I want, and I looked over and seen white water at the bottom of the pan with lettuce in it so I’m guessing they are leaving water in the bottom of the pans. I don’t blame this on the older employees this started January when the newbs showed up and I don’t really see the females who kept the place clean anymore so if they did quit this place will have roaches soon.
My shoes were sticking to the floor by the soda machine, my hubby and I went to go sit down and food was all over the floor with plastic.
The smell of this store sometimes smell like weed this store needs to drug test their employees.
I think the new manager is taking money that is post to be used for inventory they are now always out
of Turkey ,cold cuts, grilled chicken ,and now tomatoes.
I feel bad for the original employees they had this place booming and now the new staff is messing everything up. I will not be returning .

Never order your sandwich from this location. I placed an order using app and went over the store to pick it up on the time app says. Nothing prepared!! The guy never started to fix the sandwiches. He even served in-store customers first. I waited 35 minutes in the store to get my lunch finally. It took almost an hour from placing order to getting a meal. Did I order a full course meal? The guy serving there didn’t even say sorry at all. The owner has no idea how to run a business.

New management is trash and the new dudes they hired suck.
I’ve noticed it’s less people on these shifts as well it should be at least 3 people for each shift. It took them forever to make my one sandwich and they kept asking me over and over what type of sandwich I want but never started making it also the place is more dirty than usual…

Don’t believe the hours that it says online and on the door. I have been here three different times after work at 8:20 PM 8:30 PM and 8:45 PM and they were closed even though it says online and on the door they close at 10:00. Please change your hours to reflect your actual closing time.

Unfortunately, this Eastchase location has been consistently very slow no matter how many customers it has in the store. Tonight I tried this location fondly to find that the door was locked at 7pm on a Wednesday. I’m officially done with this particular station.
The Atlanta Hwy/Taylor Rd location just turned out a sub 3 minute in store experience with an employee that was personable and polite.
