Ribs were cooked perfectly to my taste. Bone pulled away clean, tender but not mushy. The rub was pretty mild and I don’t think he used as much salt as some BBQ joints but when you are my age, the less salt the better. I really liked his original sauce. It has enough flavor that it paired very well with the mild rub.
He has been open in this location almost 2 years and it took me that long to have a chance to eat his BBQ. But after almost 2 years of smelling his smoker, I just couldn’t resist.
This is a very small restaurant, like two booths and four or five tables.
