I honestly don’t get it, HOW HARD IS YOUR JOB? There was 3 people In total in the whole restaurant and 2 was already sitting down eating and still burn every single tender I ordered even my kids meal I ordered I would honestly give 0 stars if I could everyone should be fired in the establishment because it’s just plain out lazy and bad customer service

I’d give zero stars if I could. My family, 7 of us ate Highway 55 tonight. And the service was horrible. Waitress messed up my order, half the table didn’t get their food. The waitress had to review the recipet to see what we were missing ..which was several items. Our drinks were empty. My mother was gonna help and walk our cups up to counter for refills and a waitress meets her half way with eye roll and attitude. My mother asked for sauce for the burnt chicken tenders my child received, the same girl threw them to her across the counter. When I said something about our food missing we were given more attitude. I asked for a manger he shows up after and was very unprofessional. I understand why his staff is so poorly trained. He blamed us for coming in at 8:30 and they close at 9 for their mess ups. Other excuse was his staff was very busy (was dead on a Friday night after ballgames) Same waitress with an attitude was filling ketchup bottles instead of tending too customers. The manager also called me a liar when I said this isn’t the first time we’ve had poor service. And I didn’t receive all my order(I paid for!) So they took my name down for me to pick up. Different night after a ball game, my same family of 7, ate and a lady manager/shift leader went behind the counter and grabbed a clip board, which had my name and the order that was owed to me. That night it was made right but tonight The owner called me a liar and told me that never happened! He said there’s no clip board or lady manager. He was very arrogant and unprofessional! Not to mention the restaurant is dirty and nasty. Ceilings are falling through. A bucket in the middle of the dining room floor catching water. The woman’s bathroom trash can was so full it was coming out the door. I’ll never eat there again until new ownership.

Food was not hot or fresh. Got it to go and grab a frie as soon we got to the truck and it was cold. Chicken tenders with the kids meal were cold too, and looked like they were cooked in old grease. Not that it matters for the food, ( it matters to the kids )but the kids meal was missing the stickers that go with the little cardboard car.

The waitress was rude I came back and told her I paid for extra cheese and I didn’t even see cheese on it. So once they put these on it she told me there was cheese on it before but I looked with my eyes and there was NO cheese. It uses to be a decent place to eat but ill try a different location from now on.

My burger was delicious! The server was very sweet despite I got my order confused. Somehow she managed to get it right. The bathrooms were okay. The ice cream machine seems like it was not working properly. Other than than I think I might be coming back for the burgers.

Was disapointed, we ordered ice cream by the time we walked out to car ( we parked very near door) ice cream was like soup , had hot fudge topping on it. Shouldn’t have turned soupy so fast . Other than that it is a very clean restraunt, employees were polite. And quick service. We will return for a meal next time

I would like to leave no stars. But you have to do at least one. Can not eat for all the flies flying around you. Tables were dirty with dried food stuck on them and seats as well. Food smeared on mirrors hanging on walls, you could clearly tell they have not been cleaned in months. There is a dog kennel sitting right in the dining room with nasty dirty bedding. Where are the health inspectors? As my food was brought to my table 2 flies landed on my burger before she could even finish sitting it down. This place is nasty, not to mention unhealthy. This place should be shut down.
