I’m not usually one to complain but man this place was horrible. The last three times I have chosen to eat here I have had issues. One time I literally choked on the cool whip nozzle that had fallen off and into my shake. Tonight I ordered a Cobb salad and it was awful. The lettuce was bad in my salad, my moms, and my husbands and they only had lettuce and cheese. No onions and no egg. They said they were completely out. I will not be returning to the hwy 55 for a while…if ever.

Went to the on by firetower road and sat there for over 10 15 mins. The waiter and waitress kept walking by and not one time stopped to ask for drinks or offer any kind of service. The 4 of us walked out without ordering a thing. I will not be back to this one. Really needs get it together.

This makes the 3rd time I have been here in the last year. It definitely is not as good as use to. The food is cold. Ordered orange aid and when got there it was a small. Said I ordered large. Waitress put ice in a large cup and poured the small cup into large so paid for large and got half ice and a little bit of orange aid. Not been satisfied with service or food. Will not go back until I hear there has been changes.

Can’t remember the name of the sweet young man that waited on us, but he was the only good thing about this visit. Wait…the shake was good. We had to tell him to tell the people making our food not to use their bare hands to make our meals. They were scoping the fries with ungloved hands. Didn’t notice that this place had a 92.5 sanitation score before we ordered. Will definitely not be returning here.

This location has a staff of young adults getting started in the work industry and they are energetic and seem to be ready to learn. However it appears their supervisor Scott doesn’t mind trying to embarrass and chastise them at every opportunity. His loud responses made me and my family members uncomfortable. I was only there for 10-15 minutes waiting on food and heard him fuss three separate times. This included making a young man pay for food that a customer apparently walked out with or didn’t come to get. This type of management will lead to a future staff thinking this is the way to effectively supervise. The energy he displayed to the young black male was belittling and disrespectful. How can you expect respect when it is not shown by a supervisor. He didn’t care that every customer was silently looking at him while he fussed at the black male and white female (Katelyn) at the register about voiding an order. He needs further training or to be supervised himself. I hope to continue to support this location and find an improved environment. I also provided proof of purchase. Thanks!

Very slow service. Had a little league team walk in (20 people) with the place empty. After 90 minutes half just got up and walked away after still waiting on food. Waitress was new and nice. The other waiter did nothing but have a bad attitude and not help. Made rude comments to parents and under his breathe and was very unhappy.

Food was good but sadly the service was not. Waitress did not deliver food (another employee did) and she never came back to the table to refill our drinks or drop the check. They were only two other parties in the restaurant. When I walked up and asked for the check so we could check out and leave, she said it would be a minute, which was fine. Another employee offered to help, but couldn’t figure out the printer and handed me a blank sheet of paper to sign which I did, but then decided not to give it back since there was no printed total. I asked if I could help him with the printer and was able to show him the picture that showed the receipt roll was installed upside down.

This location doesn’t except pick up orders. The operator of this location is running a franchised business outside of its regulations. One person will start your order then pass the phone off to another and start over. It’s actually funny how incompetent the operator is. Horrible customer service, just flat out rude staff. This location needs to be retrained in store operations and customer service. Don’t go here.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF, and this was my very 1st visit but DEFINITELY NOT my last. The food was AWESOME it was hot, and fresh tasting and just a great meal. If you haven’t tried the Shrimo Po’ Boy you are missing out on some great food. The bun was nice,fresh, soft, the lettuce and tomatoes and whatever sauce was on it was wonderful. The shrimp were so good and fresh tasting and the fries were also great.
